Borrowed a pair of the arbor techs the other day and they are good trousers , had a few pairs of the extremes and would say I preferred the planner arborists although I probably got more wearing out of the extremes they are heavier and slightly not as flexible I would choose the arbortechs for climbing though, these new cloggers I may try next ImageUploadedByArbtalk1479401090.247652.jpg.78bc9553c78570f69d4c381a161b505e.jpg supposed to be the lightest and coolest saw trousers made ...

Trousers are a personal choice, what might be great for one might be terrible for another.Ive got the arbortec breathfex and just cant get on with them, the pad at the lower back is too stiff, the belt loops at the front are miles apart creating a nice saggy bit where man glitter can collect in your nether regions, theyre quite heavy and the crotch seems too low,ok for ground work but icant climb in them.Ive also got pfanners, gladiators, which are great trousers.

As i say its a personal choice to each individual...just my tuppence worth.

I get on well with the breathe flex, but wear a size xs, with the belt well above my hips. I've got another pair in size s and they're not as comfy. I think they're designed to be a really snug fit.

They don't look that cool .. I think the planners win that for me personally but the least warm and flexible ;) apparently.

If you did want a pair right now John you would have to go to oz or stateside, I hear tree stuff are looking at bringing them in to the uk soon though.

either or id say, i always had pfanner stretch airs they seemed to last well, this time saved a few qiud and went for the arbortechs , very lightweight, bit of a tight fit on the thighs but i have got used to it now, i dont think they are going to last as long as the pfanners.

in short both decent trousers imo.
