Going to play a game now, 'Where's wally' (or Waldorf)... Trumpy style.. Where's the African-American wheeled out to try to show he isn't a racist.

(1 in 8 are African Americans in the US general population)

Jacinda did the same thing. As part of her " most open and transparent government ever".

When she spoke in Oslo she had hosted a young labour party meeting prior. After her speech  ,when the floor was open for questions, she chose only the kids from the prior meeting incase any grownups asked difficult or embarrassing questions.

It's political theatre after all.

Not denying that, it is who they select in each case which is telling and in the case of Trump here, only white marines with the odd token black man in the background.

Oh, so you just want the photo op where it's a room of rainbows/weak social media influencers instead of what most militaries are.

Maybe your idea of a multicoloured military is deluded from watching all those African war lord army's doing good ?.

No, however without any racial bias, you'd expect it to represent the population wouldn't you? or in the US military where 20% are black, 17% are hispanic, and only 54% are white - something along those proportions would be a fair representation of the marines wouldn't it? but Trumps handlers selected 80% white, and 2 or 3 token black men (no black women), curious eh why they selected those isn't it.

In fact you know very well this point and are just arguing for the sake of it, and not to further any discussion, waiting to get the next cheap insult and dig at any whose ideas oppose your own.

I think you'll find your multicoloured rainbow does exists lower down the ranks but not the higher you go.

Airborne are not grunts and social percentages means nothing in the military as it's predominantly white, with others mixed in to also escape poverty and even gain citizenship.

You know damn well and it's also why commanding officers are primarily white because education is paid for.

Stop trying to use any excuse to feed your TDS. Look a stray dog = trump, I get you're unhappy with your life = it's nothing to do with trump. Other than it clouding all your judgement.

For the US marines it is still nearly 30% who - and get this, be prepared for a mind blown moment - 30% who are not white.. and yet... in the photo above, 2 or 3 token black men. The photo is not representative. Also note that in the photo these were the lower ranks, it wasn't a photo full of generals - and as you say, the lower ranks are more representative of the US population as a whole.

So 3 posts of rubbish later, back to what I said earlier, it is telling who the politicians select to be in the backgrounds, and here Trump only wanted white marines.

To scan the web, looking for some news or report no matter how remote that you can somehow twist and manipulate into yet another way to somehow discredit the current american president, to the point of staring at his lower body and making ridiculous statements, and assumptions,

yeah, I'd say you have a syndrome, an obsession, indeed a very disturbing one at times, and at the very least you need some sort of professional assessment.

your behavior is not unlike that which comes to light after an atrocious act of violence on others by similarly fanatical individuals,  when their online activity is revealed.

More blacks voted for Trump than in 2016. And way more Hispanics. Nearly 50% of Hispanics voted for him.

If the hysteria about his alleged racism reflected reality, they wouldn't have voted for him in bigger numbers.

Reality wins.
