To be fair it's not really about sides, there's so much more at stake with this Potus. However, if it has to be framed within the very narrow, and restrictive viewpoint of sides; then there are no winners amongst the common people, only losers. There's countless MAGA voters who are now worse off than they were 12 months ago. The only winners in any of this are the small number of rich elite, the tech oligarchs and social media barons etc. The very people that the MAGA ideal is meant to target. That's a failure, not a win.

Problem is, you trump hating types wouldn't even have been happy if car crash Kamala had won.

You all prattle on how this is bad, that is bad, but you'll never be appeased/happy as you seem to all actively want a world order of technocrats where the "betters" tell the huddled freezing masses to shut up, eat coal or cake.

Go on then, apart from his $2000+ dollar tax hike, errr, tariffs, what has Trump done that is good so far?

He could have given everyone a unicorn and you wouldn't be happy, but stopping immigrants was a big plus almost overnight when you decide to police a border and deport and not give reach arounds.

Same question what's two tier done that's any good, or Trudie and his new banker lackey or the bible thumper Aussie?.

You're all far too idealistic to actually want anything to happen, you just want no change.

No improvement and a world that probably makes Logan's run look tame, probably with more gulags for wrong think and hurty feeling none crimes.

So immigration into the nation that was built on immigration has dropped, is that the only good thing he has done? All the bluster and huffing he has made and that is all?

And a $2000+ tax bomb on all Americans of course.

Ignoring the 'look over there' comments, perhaps they would be better in the 'Labour' thread rather than the one about Trump.

You haven't answered the question. Should be pretty simple. What good has Trump done?

Actually that's where you are wrong, you know what the statue of liberty is built above and on an island for steamships to dock ?.

All immigrants were checked, documented and they did actually turn some back.

As they also checked for typhus and other diseases.

You didn't just walk through the border and do as you pleased undocumented.

No.

It's got to be said though; at least your surreal obfuscation and distraction is normally amusing. (Those talents are wasted on an arb forum, go into script writing or something.) Much better than the abuse and insult that's thrown out as the only other response in the face of the adversity of trying to defend the untenable position.

Is that a "No" you'll never be satisfied?.

I'm not going into scriptwriting, granted Russell T Davies does set a very low bar from what I've read of his recent writings.

I agree 42 repeatedly trying to create an obscure link between a Democratically elected president, rape and a forum member with absolutely zero evidence to support it is pretty pathetic.
What is the untenable position you speak of ??.
