I know you're a little cranky after the long weekend of protesting, but calm down and take a long breath.

 

It's called sarcasm, some would even call it comedic.

Reports today are that all these countries "queuing up to make deals" - I think he was quoted at 90 in 90 days target - are actually reading the same report and holding off any talks knowing they'll be in a better position in 6 months time
