Oh I see. No I meant in any negotiated settlement that is negotiated by the big knobs around the table in Saudi Arabia. If Trump is going to settle this on behalf of the world then surely all the war crimes must be accounted for? And not just swept aside as peripheral so-whats.

My preferred option is for Putin to be found below an open window.

I really haven't given it that much thought Gareth, I don't move in such circles. It's a moral argument, it doesn't necessarily have or need a method or an outcome: it's a recognition of what is required by a civilized world.

Upon Putin of course.

When you say war crimes, you have to logically know it's end and final conclusion as there'll be shouts of deaths too good for them on here.
