  1. Past hour
  2. I'd never heard of them until I heard them get a feature on the radio today. I liked what I heard, proper prog rock, verging on but not straying into sillyness. I can't find a decent length version of that Hamberger Concerto online, all I see is some that's 20 mins and seems to be slow stuff.
  3. Thai Prawn Crackers. In a league above the ones you get free with the Chinese takeaway. They've got a little chilli kick and not overly sweet.
  4. Good evening from the UK. I own a Homelite 340 chainsaw. The year of manufacture is roughly 1998. I'm looking for a new carburetor. There are so many on the internet, but most are from China. I'm not knocking those. But the present carb was made in Ireland. With the name Borg Warner. and has Markel Schefbler Tillotson on it. Does anyone know of such a carb? Or another make that might simply fit on, without any modification of fuel entry, and throttle control, etc. Thanks David
  5. If once started it then starts OK but left a couple of days will not start, you have a small air leak. Check all jubilee clips and give fuel fitter a tighten, or if do for a change, change it. Most of kubota engines in chippers self bleed if you leave ignition switch on for a will, so if above fails to work would fit new pump.
  6. he says his model has a Teiki carb If the machine looks like this it is probably too old for the Chinese to bother copying the carb

  8. I believe your carb is a Walbro WT carb and a generic carb kit for a Walbro WT series will work just fine. Your carb should have "Walbro" on the top and Probably "WT" on the side along with a number. Most of the WT carbs will have the same diaphragms. Rowena Carbs are Walbro stockists and are very helpful or buy a kit off eBay.
  9. is there a copy carb available?

  13. Got to be shit in pipes or fuel running back , the kubotas are easy to work on and bullet prof . Might be worth putting back pre filter before main filter to stop any shit even getting further up the system
  14. My news said "Major websites" are affected, guess that is Arbtalk then!
  15. Is it all mixed waste or will for example gardening jobs one day, tree jobs another? Tree waste, you can look at the local tip sites, might get a donation and there are some around that will take chip as well. I am assuming here apart from paying for the council tip
  16. This came up on some shuffle play on Spotify. I thought it rather good.

  19. BIG J would approve 🙂
  20. Wondered what that was all about Steve . Thanks mate . Did it 20 mins ago .
  21. I played the Hamberger Concerto the other night . Big piece .
  22. Presumably it has a electric fuel pump, that would be my first guess other than the usual dirty filters, rubber hoses leaking or blocked.
  23. If you have a multimeter, remove and test the glow plugs for resistance. Id check the fuel filter first and maybe flush it with solvent. If it needs replacing, whack a hole through it temporarily with a screw driver and carry on testing while you wait for a replacement. if you disconnect the fuel lines at various points, you should get decent squirts when you the engine is turned over.
  24. i'm really impressed Josh.
  25. it fires over fine , and if its been used the day before it starts ok ... but if it hasn't been run for a couple of days then its a real pain ..
