  4. Thanks to all who’ve commented so far. I’m pretty sure these valves would have come with the levers to wherever the splitters were built as the bracket is still bolted to the front of the valve. I did contact Rock if they were able to supply the lever but was informed they couldn’t??? I’ve found a few handles on-line but don’t really want to pull the pin until I’m confident it will fit. If there were some part numbers on the valve it would help to establish who manufactured them, then I could go to them direct and ask-I havnt looked properly yet for part numbers. Anyway, I’m sure we’ll get this sorted soon….even if I have to make a lever myself.👍
  5. How civilised 🙂

I am happy to take green hardwood for seasoning and subsequent domestic use in my log burners. Very large drive / garden for drop off and turning on a private road / driveway for ease.
  11. Anyway I use a pop up laundry basket from poundland, works well enough. I did buy a somewhat more durable pop up garden bag to replace it, but I havent thrown since.. I'm shite at throwing. I'd like to get or make a compressed air powered potato cannon style launcher, or even propane powered launcher, but I am unsure on the legalities of making such a cannon.
  12. Hey Big mark If we were sheep you would be lamb chops my boy and i would have 300 girl friends to service being able to knock out twins 😁
  13. Jesus. It would be cheaper buying a MEWP.
  14. Too long out of the game, what is the best throwline on the market right now? Also does anyone have experience of this throwline cube? Looks nice, if a bit pricey. Don't mind spending the money if its well built and lasts better than a normal cube. 15. Sounds amazing! Id love to have one of those. Maybe when I downsize houses. I think this fear of slumbering, or cold water cooling the boiler, low stove efficiency etc is way too narrow a frame of reference. Your experience shows you can burn the stove hot and clean. Plus you are saving on heating oil/gas/electric.

  18. I have no time for the Murdoch news empire and the bile it peddles. Why would I know or care who she is?
  19. Something like this Chris? Like you I’m struggling to source the correct part.
  20. It is a bit scary Mark for the kids, we push them into education, train them to do stuff and computer takes on all they can do, leaving them and their degrees with the only jobs being flipping burgers and cleaning hotels.
