Great. Personally having used a few pro battery saws, I don't find them equivalent in power to a 50cc petrol saw, in spite of the fact this is what they claim.

What you don't get is rule of law, whether or not he wants it released is neither here nor there. If there are interview statements that implicate anyone, the interviewee needs to be alive to back the statements up and to be cross examined, so likelihood of anything happening in court is pretty low. Do you get that?

And likewise go back to sniffing your Scuba gasses.

Ah, still to dumb to understand. The right data refers to things that are relevant to what is being researched, so if you are trying to establish a link between covid vaccinations and excess deaths, why would you use data that also includes those who died of covid? If someone died as a result of covid then covid vaccination was not the primary cause and likewise if someone died of something else they didn't die of covid. Not too hard for an imbecile like you to understand is it? Well you should try and use your words to explain what you mean, or ask your carer to help you if you can't explain what you mean, that's what they are there for.

Nope never said anything of the kind. I stated “ I’m not defending or accusing anyone” right at the start of the post, I’d have thought you super comprehenders would have got that. That’s just you wasting tax payers money by writing total shite you have made up in your head when you supposedly are at “ work” Get back to the spreadsheets you lazy bugger. TDS is not an excuse for skiving.

Although it’s a softwood it dries like concrete so get it split as soon as possible. High heat output and burns like a hardwood. I always keep some back to sell to woodturners - quite popular. Used to do it via eBay but that’s all gone to shit now so I have around a ton of 13 year seasoned that a local fella sorts through and buys off me periodically 👍

Should I paraphrase. You are also saying here that Trump is innocent until proven guilty arn't you? As for why he is calling for their release, I won't be holding my breath that they will be released even of all the US politicians vote for it. You hold your breath if you like. Trump is also pressurising the FBI to open the investigations into the likes of Clinton... and all the files will then be needed in that investigation - cannot have them in the public domain. Got to read the news and keep up to date if you want to comment on Times 'Man of the Year'

I have been offered some Yew wood (for my stove) and have never had it before. I would be interested to understand more about it - the quality / heat output, does it split easily and season relatively quickly? Thanks!

If I was to set myself up with saws again - firewood use and the occasional tree (that I am happy to do), I would be as Muddy42, MS261 though probably go for an equivalent battery one. No need for domestic users to get anywhere near 90cc, if you are not using a saw most days, occasional once a year type use that power is too much. Smallest bar you need, makes sharpening it quicker and easier - for an occasional user sharpening won't be as quick or efficient (or at all....), faster chain speed than an oversized bar... and how often does a domestic user really need to go larger than 13, 14"? Trying to think, got a couple of tonnes on the drive just now, what is too long to just split will be cut with the little battery saw, 14" bar, nothing larger than that.

just tip in front of gate. i can cut up.. its all going in a wood burner and i have space at rear to let it season.

So about the time that suddenly everyone had a computer in their pocket, rather than a communication device. I tend to agree, but you could say that IT was elite until the smartphone became afordable. Ie only those who could afford a PC or laptop and broadband at home were IT enabled. But of course the upside of this was that things were still available the old fashioned way. Banks were still a thing; the high street had a huge variety of shops, and you could phone ahead to see if they had what you need. Nowadays some things are just so easy to find - a quick google search, press a few buttons and within a day or two it arrives. On the other hand how frustrating is it when we are forced to do things via an app that doesn't work properly? And how sad that so much of life is just now about staring at a screen - social media is a whole rabbit hole of good and bad that we haven't even mentioned.

Ah your old shipper Andrew “ innocent until proven guilty” or when the £12 million cheque from mummy clears is that the Andrew you are on about ??.
-
50 cc saw (stihl ms261) and 13 inch bar for most of the work I do - storm clearance. 70cc for felling larger trees, logging or when I get the first saw stuck! 120cc for blocking up "unsplittable" logs on the ground

That it !! 🤷♂️ Snapping one word ( Computer) and spouting shite is not what I meant by try harder. You a bit insecure ?? So the “ right Data” ??? 😂😂
-

Morning all, colder here now. It was zero yesterday and it’s to get down to -10 this week with snow. I bought a PTO Jensen. Trying to reduce manual chipping so this should help.

"Do this for a living"? nope ,surely not. Just cutting logs ocassionally for firewood. Sometimes someone asks me to cut a few trees that bothers him. I ended up on this forum after getting about 4 cubic meters of oak logs, for firewood about 21-22 months ago. Was baffled by how "stubborn" was to cut by chainsaw yet easy to split by axe. Was a decision of moment because usually I buy beech or hornbeam. Wich I know what's it about and how long it takes to dry/season. Then I found out from some individuals that I might wait 3-5 years for this oak to season 🤔😱 Of course I got even more curios and baffled WTF 3-5 years are they talking about... If after 2 years this oak doesn't burns right like beech and hornbeam have done past winters I'm done with oak as firewood! but anyway, big chainsaws are good for hardwood if you're in a hurry 😁

+1 I do feel there was a technology sweet spot around 2005. A lot of "advances" since have been purely for commercial gain rather then customer need or desire.

I did you moron. You wouldn't recognise them if they shook your hand and introduced themselves. Don't have one, don't need one, come on join in with the 21st C. OK, one more time, how can you use covid deaths in data that is supposed to support excess deaths due to the covid vaccine?

Agreed. It seems the educational establishment have no idea how to tell how much work is down to a student and how much is AI. Perhaps a solution to this might be for universities to actually return to exam based assessments!
