  9. Yep same with anything these days. Built to run the warranty period and if it fails before that period expires they fix it and upgrade the manufacturing of later models. Nothing is built to be maintained anymore
  10. I wouldn't disagree however if you read my post correctly I say they are disposable.
  11. Unfortunately modern equipment is now disposable so I wouldn't bother fixing it . Doesn't matter what you buy anymore. Cars , saws, chip fryers etc etc.... and it's lucky dip if you get a good item.

  17. Having regularly used sign tree work sign language it's fairly easy to communicate without radios when you work with the same guys for a while. Things like beer. Cigarettes , fuel and food are simple hand gestures..
