  1. Any pics of them in leaf? Look like poplars.....🤔
  2. It's because the apple phones are dodgy and the whole world is about to shut them down...🤣
  3. Ain't milk brilliant 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
  4. 11kv can be cut live easily with poles.... Shutdowns cost too much and they are getting bored of contractors pulling the shutdown card. When you have lines on your property you can agree cutting tree with the engineers in most cases...
  5. Well don't bother posting then ..🤣
  6. It's easy to get the distribution company to sign off a tree cut .. you just ask them . Then I used my poles to cut the tree clear and removed the rest from the hedgerow. The neighbour doesn't like it . The trees cut and removed, the power lines are clear and the blanket conservation area restrictions have been bypassed. The fact the neighbours have claimed they own the hedge is the funny bit.
  7. ..,..,..,.,.,.,.,,... MICK DEMPSEY....... 😁
  8. As usual missing the point is your forte....🤣
  9. Depends on the capacity of the lines. Minimum clearance is 1m for bundled conductor which can be requested by the land owner to be maintained. If the network can gain a set clearance for each lines different capacity and maintain that distance for 5 years between cutting then sometimes huge clearances are cut...
  10. Shut up you bell end 🤣
  11. Easiest way to remove it . Tree is on my hedgerow.it belongs to me. Sorry I didn't make that clear. There is a blanket TPO on the whole area which is why I got the distribution company to sign it off..😁 The neighbours other side that also border numbnuts smashed down a fence they put upon there section of hedgerow and lobbed it into his garden and told him to f.ukoff He also got a letter last week which he has binned.🤣 Numbnuts is trying to claim land basically.
  12. Well here we kin go...🤬 Had a letter from the people over the hedge. There was quite a big alder on top of a hedge growing up through the power lines that run above so I cut the tree clear of the lines after discussing it and getting the go ahead from the distribution company on Elf and safety grounds. I did get them to sign it off and have the paperwork. Once I'd cleared it from the 3phase there was just a monolith left so I decked it and firewooded it. I've now had a solicitor letter from the neighbours saying I trespassed and did criminal damage to their tree FFS. There is a fir hedge that screens them from the lines and the area so they can't even see it. So I went and posted copy's of the utility authority for tree cutting through their letter box and waved at the door camera.. Luckily on the form no parameters were listed other than cut clear 😁..... Idiots can suck on it and hopefully go away. Tree was an eye sore anyway and had to go. I'm not even going to respond to the solicitors so time will tell soon enough.
  13. Why not just get washing them off and sell them?
  14. Was in the tri axle drop side... It normally gets used for fencing and whacked on the back of the tractor with gateposts so it's well battered too. 😁
  15. Yeah, in-laws said it was brutal. My nephew is looking at getting into tree cutting. He's climbing ok now. Says he's climbing with his backpack water .
  16. Moved a load of paving recently. Two pallets of Indian sandstone, two dumpy bags.16 bags of cement and few random bits of timber . Some extra bits of paving and some kerb stones in one trailer load. Probably should of worked it out but most likely over .
  17. It's a comment forum however you would do well to attend 🤣
  18. I said to the Doris yesterday it's gunna snow....🤣
  19. Off out to get rained on for the day ... What joy... However it is curry day 😁
  20. Most are overloaded here daily so not checked the regs in years either
  21. I think the best thing to do here is organise a mass village green brawl to decide who's the biggest wnker on this thread...🤣
  22. So it's upto the driver to make sure they don't overload even though they have the capacity to do so by the look of it now then,
  23. Plating a trailer for less to matc a vehicle capacity is most likely ok.
