    Yeah with commercial insurance and contents on top. A car is a far better option and you get a whole load more for your money.

    A good car is all you need. Get a plastic seal box for fuel and saw. Cheap insurance and you can hide everything away without the lure of a van. I use my car for such reasons if I'm into the city on a sub basis.

    In the UK. It's not the driest as you say however long periods without rain make it difficult to grow the crops we do so irrigation is key.
