  1. I'm going to take the picture tomorrow and upload here. The house would have to be extremely close because there's no other option
  2. It's in medellin, colombia. Yes I have permission from the complex and the city. I love the tree. It looks to me around 25 years old. If I'd have to cut it down, I'd build the house on the flat land instead. I'm just worried that building the house so close to such a huge tree can be a huge risk
  3. Any advice appreciated. Just bought this land and want to build the house on the hill and not cut down that gorgeous pine tree. Is this possible ? Or do I have to build on the flat land

Arbtalk.co.uk is a hub for the arboriculture industry in the UK.
If you're just starting out and you need business, equipment, tech or training support you're in the right place.  If you've done it, made it, got a van load of oily t-shirts and have decided to give something back by sharing your knowledge or wisdom,  then you're welcome too.
If you would like to contribute to making this industry more effective and safe then welcome.
Just like a living tree, it'll always be a work in progress.
Please have a look around, sign up, share and contribute the best you have.
