  1. Morning, Im looking to bulk buy a large quantity of oak milled boards (40+ boards with ongoing supply) with 1 or 2 live edges. They need to be seasoned and between 300-1000mm wide. I'm not worried about length as i'll be cutting them down but ideally over 1m long. Width wants to be 30-40mm thick. Id also purchase any walnut if people have some available. Id be glad to hear from anyone who has timber to offer, or contacts that could help. Photos to give an idea of what i'm looking for.

  4. I use the Ring system and rate it👍 all battery as well so no faffing with wires etc.
  5. Request some demos👍 all the different manufacturers will let you try these machines for a day. Having owned TW, GM and Forst myself I wouldn't look back from the 3 Forsts we have now. Give them all a try, they all have their pros and cons

  11. Fully agree AWArb, sena fits well on the protos...what helmet is it going on? We run the protos on 4 helmets, works well.

    Yes, we had a company come in and take videos/ pictures of a big redwood milling job we did after a takedown. Super pleased with how they came out. Few more below....

    Absolutely love the 500i, running a 25" sugi as well. Would be the saw i would keep if I had to keep one of my ground saws.
  14. Just to put a spaner in the works, the main topper I use is a 1year old 201tc with timing advance and muffler mod.....absolutely love it, I did a head to head with a 200t (it was ported, muffler mod and timed advance) and my 201 ate the 200t for bfast. I would buy another 201!

  18. Probably one of the best investments made, does the work of about 3 guys and does my body some favours to! ? never look back from getting the DW.

  20. I will get accurate dimensions tomorrow or Monday Rough Hewn, there are 3 smaller lumps but still some lush boards out of them. KIT
