  1. Has that got the rams on the sides? Wouldn't be be too clumbersome for the 6" bucket trenching would it? If not it'd be worthwhile looking at it ? Jack
  2. You really do like your buckets ehh ? but I know what you mean I forgot about 9" tbh and hardford hitch ill write it down do you just use bobcat buckets or have you a preferred brand I've only ever used geith so don't know of any others really Jack

With buckets I ideally need a 6" 12" 18" 24" digging buckets & a 36" grading bucket and ideally a riddle bucket then a ripper tooth A grapple as in fixed or hydraulic? I know I'm asking a million questions but the salesman would say I need everything then more where as you are telling me what I need in reality Jack

  8. I've gone off hiring because the man who I hire it off sent me it with worn out tracks and one of them had a rip in it when he picked it back up he's tried saying I've done it and I owe him 458 for a new track and we keep having words about it but to me it isn't my problem so he's tried being clever and it's backfired I'm gonna phone my bobcat dealer tomorrow and see what I can about rather a e17 or e19 When you say specialist attachments what's the best to start off with I know I need a geith quick hitch with buckets and a tilting grading bucket but what else? Will a 1.7 tonner run a flail? Cheers for the rates I appreciate them Jack
  9. I'll give them a ring tomorrow cheers Jack
  10. That's my shit heap of a car I paid £200 for it it's a Renault Modus 1.4 54 plate petrol and I pay £180 a month to insure it I even got a quote for just over 5k and that's with a black box in it aswell ? Jack

That's exactly what it is and it's got second or third aux line not sure but it's set up for selector grab ect it's a really comfortable and smooth to drive I want my own just so I'm not running about arranging hiring stuff ect 1.7 or 2.7 would be perfect to start with along with a skip loading dumper that's the main things I hire then once paid off I'll look at extending the fleet do you hire yours out and if so do you do self drive or owner operator? Just thinking of ways it'll earn along with my own work around where im at 40 a day for a e10 50 for a tb016 and 60 for a e26 or a tb228b with a hydraulic thumb and 15 delivery each way max 20 mile then 1. 50 a mile extra 1 way after that Jack

  13. Most of my shifts at work are 7am to 11 pm or 7am to 9pm then sometimes have to do sleepovers aswell and for £8.21 an hour to get punched kicked attacked it isn't worth it but I need to run my house so just get in eventually I'll get sorted and be able to say fuck it until then I'll stay quiet ? ? I'm actually looking at getting a van for running about as the sound of the body jumping over every bump is irritating ? Jack
  14. That's the machine I normally hire for £60 a day but sick of paying hire fees finance won't be much more but I've got a poor credit history I was offered to buy it for £16000 with vat as a deposit but got refused by finances due to credit rating I applied for finance on a bobcat e10 but couldn't even get it in that I hire one for £40 a day but its been abused so to much play in pins ect and everyone else only has little kubotas or jcbs and I really dont like the controls on them really need my own machine as It's dead money hiring I'm going to look at that other forum now cheers ? Jack
  15. Cheers @doobin for the advice & information you've just gave me I really appreciate it ? I'm not always hot headed just when I feel backed into a corner I start swinging ? just natural reaction as with pushed for time as daft as it sounds my full time job is a blessing but also a problem at the same time because there have been days I've been out and rattled a little driveway in and made £800 profit but then there's sometimes days or weeks where I've got literally no work in at all so that's why I keep the full time job going it's minimum wage but covers rent and council tax and allows a couple of hundred to live off my main issue is transport as that truck costs me something 327.89 a month to insure but I only gave 1900 for the truck itself that's my main grudge insurance ? I appreciate the offer of the ebook pricing aswell I've never heard of it until you mentioned it Thank you Jack

  22. They earn me a wage daily so that'll do me ? Jack
  23. I'd be happier if I was rich but at the present moment I'm happy just chipping away at it ? Jack
  24. Never done many surveys maybe 3 1 of which was first milk in Stranraer that was a good learning experience travelled up and down the country putting drag through liners in the hardest part for me was figuring out how to cut radial patches for the rest bends but apart from that it was a really good job just everyday you came home full of ? it was a good laugh though done my confined spaces and everything through that company I'd of stayed if the wages were better but at the time I was 18 and down as a apprentice so was only getting about £4.54 a hour so got offered more money groundworking. AS for qualifications I learned more out of school than what I did whilst I was there I'm a city and guilds level 2 qualified mechanic passed all my H&S in landscaping got my cscs card with additional H&S for operatives confined space working and a couple extras I can't remeber ? Jack
  25. I've always done landscaping since I was young used to work with my grandad so landscaping has always been the one other jobs have paid bills the tyre fitter me and the boss didn't see eye to eye he called me a retard for being dyslexic and I give hom the hiden of his life and I got myself a p45 in the post then the pipe lining was a really bad wage got offered more money as a groundworker for less hours so done that and still do it now and again you need to have more than one trade behind you just incase shit hits the fan Jack
