  1. Hi Ryan, Where are you in the country ? Green Plant are the Timberwolf dealership for the south east , based in Guildford. 01483 235111. we have new and used machines available. Gareth of Green Plant.
  2. Did you know you can visit the Concorde centre at Manchester airport. Had a Christmas do there a few years back. It had no computers ,everything was levers and switches back then.
  3. hi WesD , You don't need a press for this job, just light tapping into place is sufficient. I can provide a qualified Timberwolf technician to talk to you if you would like, not touting for work just people glad to pass on their knowledge. Also I am not sure about the greaseable bearings option on a 190 can't see it being stable enough. broken nipples ,broken piping will just be adding to potential issues. Gareth of Green Plant 01483 235111
  4. Hi sorry in the delay in getting back to you. That picture you posted is not of a Timberwolf/Entec sensor , looks like a Jenson or similar adaption . if you can show what box that goes to and what the serial number of the machine is so as I can try to identify what the original set up was, I can help. Gareth of Green Plant 01483 235111 .
  5. how clever to get our own phone number wrong 01483 235111 Green Plant
  6. Hi, we at Green plant are your area Timberwolf dealer 01453 235111. We can help you if you can show us the type of unit you currently have , the machines serial number and the number of teeth on the trigger wheel then we can supply an upgrade no-stress unit . Gareth of Green Plant
  7. Hi, I have qualified Timberwolf technicians you can talk to . Gareth of Green Plant 01483 235111
  8. Hi Matty, are you sorted ? Yes belts , bearings or maybe a bit of jammed wood could be the cause. I have available qualified Timberwolf technicians you can talk to if you would like to. Gareth of Green Plant 01483 235111
  9. Of course its ok, I am in the office today.
  10. Morning , are you sorted mate. Would you like to talk to a qualified Timberwolf technician . Gareth of Green Plant 01483 235111
  11. I will be there Friday & Saturday hoping to meet people face to face rather than just my normal talking over the phone. if you find me say hello ! Gareth Phoenix - Gareth of Green Plant (ex of Spectrum Plant).
  12. The 2012 model will have a H box no-stress on it , so I would be interested to know what the issue and result is. Gareth of Green Plant.
  13. Hi Dan, no its not possible to re-set. Belts would be the first check point, 5mm deflection or thumbnail width. Also have a look at the alternator belt. is it an EPS1000 no-stress unit ? coz they were never the best , but tended to just stop working completely rather than go slightly faulty. I can get a technician to talk to you if you need more help . good luck - Gareth of Green Plant.
  14. I see you say 3 filters fitted . There are 4 filters , Oil, in-line fuel , screw-on fuel and an air filter. Black smoke is usually an air clean problem . did you do the air filter ? also check the mushroom on the top , if that clogs it can cause black smoke. Gareth of Green Plant.
  15. Morning Jack, bearings do sound like the issue. Heat from dry bearings can travel through the shafts and make the end plastic cap hot . The nose shaft nut can get even too hot to touch. If you slacken off the belts tensioner and actually remove them from the pulley you can spin the rotor wheel easier and will more likely hear and feel the rumble. Where are you ? I can put you in touch with experienced technicians. Gareth.
  16. I can direct you to a guy in the south midlands or mid border who could help ? if thats not too far away.
  17. if the no-stress unit is an EPS1000 they were not the best, you can upgrade to the Hbox version for about £200 easy to do and comes with instructions. at 11 years old its done well for the EPS unit.
