  1. Once ( when I was an apprentice ) I had a 250hp tractor lose go while I was setting the injection pump " whoops " stood right next to a very big & very very loud engine, it was real brown trouser time until we got her stopped , a 250hp diesel takes some stopping when the only way is to stall the engine, it took days for the smoke to clear in the workshop, now who starts it next ?
  2. The main attachments with any compact loader are bucket, pallet fork, log grab or thumb, grapple, 4-1 bucket, level'er, I would also recommend the multione mower collector for mowing most types of grass when you need to collect it, the rest of the stuff is starting to get in to the specialised sector but well worth a look, the machine becomes whatever the attachment is fitted. BB
  3. Just picked up on this thread, dose the radiator have an oil cooler in front, on the side or built in, If so it may be worth checking the hydraulic system is not causing the problem with super heated hydraulic oil causing heat transfer to the coiling system. A long shot but we have had this problem with other types of machinery in the past. Good luck, BB
  4. Just noticed & are now jumping onto this post, If we as dealers were looking to start selling a " hill-side or Alpine " tractor is any one better than the other or is there a brand we should be considering, specialised machinery & the back up & service to go with it has to be the way forward for any modern dealership ( Beddoes )
  5. We are involved with Wacker Neuson as a dealer & have had 1st hand experience with the brand since 2005, the product is smack on & very very well built, offering 3 year warranty on all their mobile kit .
  6. Have a look at Wacker Neuson, they do a 8.3 & 9.5 ton machine with double hyd lines allready fitted, the oil flow is also very good, their old model 8003 ( 8.5 ton ) had high flow aux hydraulics as standard giving well over 100 lpm, oil flow & system pressure are linked on that sized machine & the more pressure you require the more flow you will lose , it is worth speaking to a specialist dealer before you do anything, just for the record we have a new 6ft hammer flail for sale & it would suit a 8 - 9 ton digger, it requires 80 - 90 lpm .
  7. We have 3 renault traffic service vans with a range of mileage from 280,000 , 160,000 & 80,000 2 of the 3 & 1 we have sold now have had the same problem as yours & we found our fault to be the enjectors losing system pressure, once the pressure drops the enjector wont work to allow the engine to start, you need special tools to get the enjector out, the 1st repair the got it out & replaced using standard tools & the 2nd one was not so easy the head had to come off & the enjector had to be machined out because it was stuck in the head & the 3rd time we had to use a special enjector puller . we have been fitting exchange enjectors from our local motor factors. Hope this reply helps you & good luck.
  8. Yes about 1800kg working weight with bucket + the weight of the heavy over sized pallet & with a 640mm load centre, & all this been lifted by a machine that only weighs 2.5 ton its self, it can lift 80% of its own weight & in my mind that is fairly impressive as there are not that many machines on the market that will lift that 80% of there own weight.
  9. https://www.beddoesltd.co.uk/product.html?prid=291 Hey just found this image of a MultiOne loader, Looks an impressive bit of kit
  10. Excellent new layout
  11. I was lucky enough to get pre-show trade show pass to get into the Royal Welsh Show ( on a Sunday ) The day before it is due to start. Wow the amount of work that goes on behind the scenes to make this show happen is mind blowing. Any way there is a MultiOne 7.2 loader been used in the forestry area & there are also machines on static display on stand G461 / Beddoes Ltd who is the dealer covering that area, Back to the show a very very impressive display of all types of machinery & live stock displays, I was talking with one of the show organisers & asked what a show of this size would cost to put on, there was a blank look & silence then she said you really don't want to know, She went on to say the communitcation system they use is £110,000 & the alloy track way for cars to drive on is another £80,000 to rent, so dose any one really know the cost & if they do they would not want to broadcast it.
  12. Huchinson-Bobcat near Liverpool hire a full range of loaders & attachments, they even have tracked loaders, Ask for Dave Parr he will sort you out, please mention " BB " when you speak with him.
  13. The Wacker Neuson 803 micro digger is about the best & will take some beating. Weight 935kg Yanmar 18.5hp engine 23lts/min hyd flo break out force 8.9 kn dig depth 1731mm load height 2035mm folding roll bar round tube main boom for better bucket visibility http://www.beddoesltd.co.uk have one for sale on their web site.
  14. Yep Ok point taken, sorry if I came across in a aggressive manor, it sounds like you have a grip on real life experience if you've been climbing for 10 years, climbing is not the easiest job, there are a fair number of younger full time students who are just not interested in putting anything back in to the big wheel of life, Please note I am not saying every student has not the balance of life wrong. Over & out time to keep quite now.
  15. A mature should have some life experience under his or her belt, how the hell did corbyn mobilise the young, there are not many who can achieve that in real life, maybe there is more to the bloke than I have give him credit for. I am going to make a real effort not to let election emotion take over, its time for calm so every one can make the best of the Brexit situation we find our selves in, Over & out " for now "
  16. Cor"bin" sounds & looks better All been well he will go back & stand in the garden next to all the other little gnome's " if we are lucky " This Korbyn / student thing has really hit a raw nerve with me today, I am finding it really hard to keep my thoughts to myself, most worrying.
  17. Phew ! Now all the students can crawl back under there duvet's & have a well deserved rest now they have started to "de-stabilised the Brexit negotiations ". I heard one saying this morning Labour had won ? I heard another say students will get more benefits now Labour are in ? How wrong, how wrong can these people really be, Its a worrying thought that these people will be in charge 20 & 30 years from now, they will all be clones of Corbin " god help everyone "
  18. [ame] [/ame] Like we said it wet day, on the Wacker demo plot they had to make a sump hole in the one corner to drain the water off.
  19. Really wet at Plantworx, had to go to screwfix & buy a new pair of boots for the second day, one day with wet feet is bad enough a 2nd day with dry feet makes it feel like you are in heaven, was any of you guys walking around with wearing a Sthil jacket on the Tuesday ?
  20. Same here, have a good day, will let you know how I get on towards the weekend & try to get some impressive video uploaded.
  21. Ok no problem, I to will be at the show tomorrow & Wednesday, hope the rain clears up & we should have a good do,
  22. Multoone will be showing machines at Plantworx this week, the stand they are using will be F34
  23. I am fairly sure the Avant attachments & multione attachments are the same & do interchange. I also could not see Multione at plant-worx on the exhibitor list so I rang their office, I to were hoping to see them at plant-worx, apparently they had been invited to show the multione product off on another stand & there will be 2 or 3 machines there, If I remember I will look back through my notes tomorrow & post the stand number.
  24. Yep thanks for this Mike, I were hoping to find more ( off grid sort of stuff ) showing the adventures of a multi one in normal day to day work, not just multi one but any compact loader. POST YOU VIDEOS GOOD OR BAD - LETS SEE WHAT YOU GUYS OUT THERE DO WITH YOUR LOADERS & MINI DIGGERS
