  1. 44p a litre+ 5% vat on 1000 litres.
  2. Go Wood-Mizer all the way. [emoji106]
  3. If you want to get some milling experience. Try Copford Sawill near Hastings. They have a couple of Wood-Mizer’s. WM1000 and an LT40.
  4. The best thing is just to learn as you go. Maybe spend a few days with someone who has done milling to pick up a few pointers. But the best way to learn is trial and error as you go.
  5. I think you will find Stephen not worked for Wood-Mizer for the past 10 years.
  6. Just be careful when you go to 50 litre upwards you have to get them tested every 2 years for some insurers
  7. What type of Sawmill are you looking for and what is your budget?
  8. I find Wood-Mizer blades reasonably priced in the UK.
  9. There is a Manual LT20 for sale up near Dunoon. On Facebook Alasdair Marshall.
  10. Keep an eye on Wood-Mizer Secondhand website. Sometimes you get one on there.

If you would like to contribute to making this industry more effective and safe then welcome.
Just like a living tree, it'll always be a work in progress.
Please have a look around, sign up, share and contribute the best you have.
