However if the tree fails in the next couple of years there could be some come back if the purchaser didn't think you have disclosed everything they think you should have. If after that the tree is thriving then you could argue that any future failure was not due to grinding out some roots. Next doors owner (HA) have made their path flat and smooth so might have been a tripping risk they had seen - better to do the job than defend legal action - so there might be something they can do to help if you want to remove the tree.

However that grammatical rule can apply equally to any monotheism religion. If the word is spoken you have no way of knowing either... so it is always worth asking. Anyway, aside from the facetious, Trumps renewed interest in 'god' in his twatterings, do you think he has a new bible to flog?

A quick quote from Trump: "I want to just thank everybody, in particular, God. I want to just say we love you God, and we love our great military, protect them. God bless the Middle East, God bless Israel, and God bless America." amongst others where he is emphasising his relationship with a god (which god is not specified). I wonder if he has a new Bible to flog, perhaps he has been working on a sequel in the background? "Bible 2: The Two Towers", and I guess the third book would be "Bible 3: The return of the king"

Back to the bombs though, - I think this will make Israel bolder in the region knowing it has had recent US support. They are not going for example, to suspend operations in Gaza but will continue to flatten it. - If Iran retaliates against the US and a larger war starts then Trump can kiss his coveted Nobel Peace Prize nomination goodbye. However I don't think that the Iranian leadership is completely stupid, and are not going to go on the attack to US bases in the middle east yet - they do have time on their hands able to wait for the best moments unlike Trump and most western politicians who only have till the next set of elections to make a positive impact and improve their election chances.

Tool and fckwit. Edited at 2:15 in the morning I reckon. Last online at 4:00 on a Sunday morning. Does it lie awake at night tossing and turning because it has missed an opportunity to have a dig, perhaps it sleeps on the couch these days, D'Senior Dating, and is awake anyway? Perhaps it has lost all sense of irony, or is it a shame thing for a man from Blyth who doesn't know where coal comes from? I don't know, anyone else know?

Neighbours tree problems

Not a lot you can do with tree roots and the path, apart from perhaps relaying the path. You could dig down and chop out the offending roots - at a risk of weakening the tree and its support which I guess you don't want with it being close to the house. You could point out the problem to the neighbour and ask them to remove the offending trees - from your question I think the reply will be a negative, and then you could seek legal action for the same... which will probably fail... costing you ££ and the rest of you neighbourly relationship. Be different if it is affecting the house itself where you could put the issue to your insurers to deal with. -

Though of course if Trumps actions are to gain a prize rather than through altruistic reasons, for the good of mankind, then that kind of eliminates him from the process doesn't it? So far though, he has done very little to merit a peace prize, even in Pakistan - India, a peace of sorts was done by direct contact between the 2 of them with no involvement from the US

Whoopsie, trimmed the hedge today... Am I in trouble? (for avoidance of doubt, there were no nests in there, never have been, but I check every time, low hedge, a cat and fox neighbourhood, birdies are not that stupid)

Had a smart meter installed the other week, in the mail they sent asking for info was "do you have a dog" and in the final instructions (arrival time, how long the job would take....) was "if you have any pets can you lock them up" (words to that effect) - if meter company can do it then is it unreasonable to ask the same? I've found since lockdown the number of poorly behaved dogs has increased - lockdown pets who were never socialised as puppies.

To be blunt, I don't think that Trump has ever done any manual work (remembering his hurty foot that stopped him going to Vietnam), so no, don't think he has ever touched a chainsaw. His Bestie, though, Musk, he was on stage wielding one if that counts? However, not sure how that affects Trumps recent policies and 'will let you know in 2 weeks' whether he is going to attack Iran. At least his republican counterpart, Bush was decisive in attacking Iraq - but both might be flawed with going to war in the middle east. If it was me though, I wouldn't be putting it on the worlds media that any attacks you are going to make will be in 2 weeks time... plenty of notice that whatever good stuff you have is moved out the way to safety.

So... another 2 week deadline that Trump will honour what he says he will do. I wonder... 24 hours to stop war in Ukraine (Hasn't stopped) 1 weeks notice else all hell will break loose in Gaza (It hasn't) Immediate bring cost of groceries down (They haven't)(Groceries is a wonderful word isn't it) ... and eggs (which did fall in price but not because of Trump) Canada to pay tariffs in 3 weeks (still waiting... another 3 weeks to go) .. I could continue so now the peaceful guy is saying "will make decision on Iran in 2 weeks" - I wonder if that will also stretch out?

I see this bothered you at 3 in the morning to keep you from your sleep, enough to post some more hundred page long posts. You show a distinct lack of understanding of my earlier post. Suggest you read carefully, take a deep breath and then stop trying to attack at every opportunity. You might lead a happier life full of daisies and flowers instead of rage and hatred.

Depends on the customer, they might not know any appropriate qualifications - just know that someone (insurers...) have asked for them to be suitably qualified with risk assessments... might draw a blank if you ask the question... I'd be tempted to play off the experience outweighs paper qualifications and offer up what you might have - basic chainsaw tickets, whatever you have that might be (a bit) related to milling and working with timber.

Had to google that, yes living nettles like good soil - but are great to add nitrogen to the soil if used as a compost. Am getting confused with my age, just know that if I let them grow in the wood then mow them back once or twice a year they are good to improve the soil but was forgetting why
