  1. Amazing work! Whats the plans for the land now?
  2. Check out this watercam footage of the River Esk, at Edzel, from... WWW.FACEBOOK.COM Check out this watercam footage of the River Esk, at Edzel, from www.farsondigitalwatercams.com
  3. Id plan a nice fruit or nut bearing tree. A dwarf Walnut Europa would be stunning.
  4. Just sell the volume of a builder bag and charge accordingly?
  5. That’s a good site! I’ve dropped them an email. It’s not easy to get even a rough price out of any of them. Not even a figure to see if it’s worth carrying on looking into . Looking into the US is another option, good call!
  6. Thats the kind of cabin Im looking for! Im looking fiorward to seeing how much land my mate with the estate will sell me and how much for. Ive been lead to believe that if you cant get planning permission if you have over 12.5 acres you can 'live there' if you have sheep during lambing time and also if you're building a barn. I need to look into this more. This reservoir is just behind me, maybe 5 miles further up into the glen? Granted its mostly water but its 35 acres for offers over £130,000. Den Of Ogil Reservoir & Woods and approved site for off-grid cabin - Goldcrest Land & Forestry Group GOLDCRESTLFG.COM This one is not close but its in Scotland and 15 acres for overs over £125,000. Land at Kentallen - Goldcrest Land & Forestry Group GOLDCRESTLFG.COM I just need to convince my mate to sell me 12-15 acres for £130,000. and then work on getting planning on it over the next few years.
  7. Might get me enough to buy the flowers at the funeral.
  8. Then I need a really rich relative to die.
  9. I certainly do! I just need a rich unknown relative to leave me a bunch of cash.
  10. Good point. Most Norwegian Cabins are just small houses though, I particularly want a 'real' or as real as I can get to real Cabin.
  11. Are you new to the internets?
  12. That was a beautiful tree before. Why did you want it messed with?
  13. What are you gambling on? Still CRO?
  14. Sorry, you're right its 20%. But Id put nothing past the SNP.
  15. Unfortunately no hot bunking. Just a Cabin much like on a Cruise Ship but smaller all to yourself 24 hours a day. After my lunch I've been going to bed for a power nap til 2-3pm then pop back to the office and surf 9gag til dinner at 6pm.
  16. Awesome, good to know. 25% back is serious savings!
  17. Thankfully in Norway its predominantly single man cabins so no need for Bunks or Bunk Curtains. But everywhere else its 2-8 man occupancy. If you dared to try and close the curtain it generally just crumbled in your hands.
  18. Seamen all over the bunk curtains as well.
  19. Thats a very good point Les, cheers. Does that apply if I get a company in to build the Cabin?
  20. Not many Log Cabins on the Transocean Spitsbergen right now. I'll keep looking though.
  21. I certainly am curious and I genuinely wish you well. Im not that interested though and Im just bored and will have forgotten all about your saga within the week unless you keep posting your angry replies. If you are correct and get the outcome you desire I'd be happy for you. I think you're confusing peoples curiosity and question asking with hostile intent, its the sign of someone with something to hide.
  22. Norlog actually buys direct from Scandinavia but obviously would not want to share his contact details. Do you happen to have any leads I could follow?
