  1. I put up a article from the news today if you didn’t notice you pissed up turkey. It’s 2330 Mull the kids are in bed me and the Mrs are chilling after being out with the kids all day as it happens. You might want to post during the week when sober rather than regular weekend alcohol fuelled outbursts. You know Mull a lot of those whom were a little bit more rational had to listen to 2 bloody years of hysteria and shite so to see news articles that are actually taking a reasoned look at the events can indeed be considered as “ Making the news today “. If you don’t like it ignore it or just walk on by, easy as that.
  2. Ah well you say !!!! But it hasn’t left Mark, we are in an absolute mess financially now and with all the other health and social issues that are starting to be acknowledged 🤷‍♂️. The last two years will be viewed as a total disaster once we start to look at it for what it really was. Mark take a look at the total cost bud not just through your anti Tory goggles. You seen some of the pharma profit figures lately ?? They make BP and Shell look like steptoe and son.
  3. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 she’s a walking talking contraceptive.
  4. You cracking one off to your little ginger crush
  5. Rubbish Mark, that’s your view not the reality of how this has panned out, the Swedish approach ( whom a number on here supported and a good few more ridiculed) was by far and away the common sense way it should have been dealt with. Even those perennial doom mongers the WHO are now calculating the real cost of this lunacy.
  6. Sweden's Covid strategy appears to have been vindicated APPLE.NEWS We in Britain should ask whether more lives might have been saved in the round had the Government not enforced a compulsory... Interesting read and facts in particular the excess death criteria utilised by the WHO. In regards bullshit Bills latest ultra wise words I think a lot of sensible and well educated people did realise that all along.
  7. Durham Police says it will investigate Keir Starmer 'beergate' allegations APPLE.NEWS Durham Police had previously said it would not probe claims against Sir Keir, but reversed that decision after 'significant'... 🤔 The day after the local Why did Durham police not tell voters they were investigating Starmer’s beergate? APPLE.NEWS Any joy Keir Starmer felt today at Labour’s electoral progress yesterday will now be somewhat tainted, Robert Peston... You ever get the feeling that they all pretty much knew the line that was pumped out for two years was indeed overhyped bollocks. In regards the police decision to keep quiet until after the votes were cast etc, I’m sure someone will justify not informing the plebs.
  8. Like a few others on here I’ve been there with a military ID card, it has its place in that scenario but the connotations that go with it becoming an everyday use thing by joe average citizen 🤔absolutely not. No justifiable need at all.
  9. I’d agree in regards voting ie the day you rock up at the polling station, but definitely not the carrying of an ID card as an everyday requirement.
  10. Regards securing the head of the mill I made up a plate and drilled one hole on the lower part of the carriage and then matched it up to one of the pairs of spare holes on the rails, so two holes on the rail and 1 on the frame, the plate can stay in place as it clears the rails during day to day use, absolutely solid once nipped up, I used a single ratchet front and back to help secure it as well.
  11. Politicians 🤮 An awesome work horse of a boat from a great yard that the local Labour Party is doing nothing to promote.
  12. Well I was trying to be polite Les but yeah they are bud. Nearly as bad as a T6 Ranger.
  13. If it’s the Woodlands you have I’d agree wholeheartedly great saws for the money, but be aware they do not weather well if left outdoors, cover it or put it indoors would be my advice.
  14. This would be the proper truck I’d be chasing if it were not for the insane price. I owned the older Mazda/Ranger pick up years ago, good tool.
  15. The corrosion issue is with the T6 models.
  16. Option 1 of the repair process, pretty sure mines past this point. Option 2 is remove and shot blast the whole chassis etc Shame the military as they call it coating isn’t applied in the first place.
  17. 61 plate ?? What model is that. Shouldn’t matter where it comes from you’d think, reality is it should not be happening. Seems in this case Ford agrees with this as there’s a dedicated section of customer services dealing with this and centres set up to sort the effected vehicles. But yes the undersealing is definitely worth the effort and cost.
  18. Health and safety ie I’m not an employee so not allowed on the workshop floor. What I’m realising is that it’s a very well known issue that they are trying to keep a lid on. There are dedicated centres now assigned to the task of stripping the effected vehicles back to the bare chassis and apparently two options available for treating. I’m awaiting details on what it entails but I was asked today did I require a 4wd tow bar equipped replacement if it ends up being carted away.
  19. Into Ford today. Not allowed to take pics myself but sent a random selection. Absolute dog order underneath.
  20. Scottish Tory leader under fire for saying trans women aren’t women APPLE.NEWS Douglas Ross says he ‘misspoke’ but stands by claim people ‘cannot change their sex’ What a messed up bloody world we are in right now. How can he be under fire for speaking the truth. The media and many politicians are so far out of touch with real people’s views it’s unbelievable. The lunatic lgbtq+ vociferous minority support groups seeem to have a disproportionate amount of influence and media coverage.
  21. Yeah well the sensible rationale side certainly seemed to get drowned out by the hysterical side over the past 2 years. It sounds like you want a platform of like minded individuals where one view is prevalent.
  22. Yes and no Mark. They are all the same as far as I’m concerned and where we have two left leaning administratons in the UK ie Scotland and Wales they showed full well how they would have behaved which is tighter restrictions for longer with even more state handouts. For me the current political crop on all sides is at an all time low. Regardless of any of that it often felt over that two years that government and many of the population whom I’m sure prior to covid were rational individuals lost all sense of reason and or the ability to do even the most basic risk assessment.
  23. A dreamer you say 🤔tends to skip over practicalities as well 🤔. Can’t see it ending well 🤔. How much is he worth ???.
  24. Suitcases of Covid loan cash seized at UK’s borders APPLE.NEWS Suitcases filled with cash from taxpayer-backed Covid loans were seized at the border as people tried to smuggle them... The utter madness of covid and lockdown 🤷‍♂️ political incompetence from all parties, let’s not forget that the opposition cried out for all these schemes to be extended.
  25. Thanks for the heads up, I was looking at the 2.8 model as an option.
