Glasgow is without a doubt currently bloody filthy in particular the centre. Regarding Aberdeen I avoid going into the centre as much as is possible, yes it’s definitely going down hill too, Union street is being destroyed by poor management and utterly stupid car/ulez restrictions and now bus gates. By the way Aberdeen is not my city I’m from Alnwick in Northumberland ( beautiful part of the world with loads of rats but rats of the right colour “ great shooting”) I live NW of Aberdeen in the sticks with, again loads of upper class country rats with an insatiable appetite for eley subsonics. You presumably know the history of the implementation of ulez and the result of the consultation prior seeing as you are commenting!.
