Morning all, Dry here😀. Think I'll spend the morning moving logs for my boiler from one bay of the barn to the next. So the oldest/best seasoned logs are at the front of the pile not the back. With the tractor, not by hand that is.

Morning all, Weather OK here, other than grey. Got to sort new battery for van today. It did the decent thing after nine yers, at the end of work yesterday. It went flat while facing downhill on a long slope! Can't really complain about that.

Morning, Wet again here. My sister excepts flooding in the house again, near Nottingham. Glad we got some work done yesterday, not going out today, except into the sheds to to a bit of spannering.

I once had to dismantle a Berberis on steroids (the Berberis, not me). This was as vicious as Pyracantha. It managed to get my arms through a chainsaw protective jacket several times.

Very belated good morning, Been chilling with family, and at long long last my new Hilux has finally arrived at the dealer. Once beacons fitted it will be a nice late Christmas present to myself😀. Have fun, one and all.

You've done a really good job on that. Did the customer afterwards say "I thought you would have taken more than that off"? I have had that comment too often after a painstaking reduction, where as often as not I would have left it alone if it was my own tree.

One of my men put an electric fencing stake through. Amazing how little damage it did in fact. Few weeks later he put a steel karabiner through. -
Morning all, Looking like a reasonable weather day, hopefully get something done. Then off for next 3-4 days while our grown up children are with us for early Christmas. Then if weather good I have permission to work between Christmas and NY😀 Have a good day.
