  1. The school where my nephew and niece go changed the name of a wing of the school from the JK Rowling wing to something else because of what she has said. Madness.
  2. Let’s start with what you pay your employees and how much you charge them out at? Then we’ll see how we go.
  3. That’s a good point, any science sorts on here got an explanation? In fact heave is one of those things that you read and hear about, but I don’t think I’ve seen a single verified case on here.
  4. In answer to both your questions. No.
  5. Do you ever use the ‘pusher’? Ours got put in the shed from day 1
  6. Very good. I forget who it was but someone pointed out that if you come on here looking for advice about what truck to get, you get very earnest replies from people telling the OP that they really need everything from a 20 tonne grab lorry down to a bicycle and a bowsaw combo.
  7. Took 7 months to arrive, but it’s here.
  8. Sycamore? Skillful work, not easy to do. Waste of time.
  9. London plane, nicely pleached/pollarded for shade. Good work.
  10. My Cocker Charlie was a rehoming, lovely nature, trust her with children or anyone, never heard her growl at a human. Food was an issue and her obsession. She would not look backwards if I was being dragged into the pits of hell if the devil put a bacon sandwich in front of her! Loved coming to work in the van as much as Igor.
  11. Looks ok to me, on the pricey side to say the least though.
  12. Precisely, don’t contact anyone at the council, just walk away.
  13. Unless you’re getting crazy money for it, walk away.
  14. Mine arrives next Thursday, here it is in the garage getting its PDI. Six Speed auto, with paddle shift when heavy towing. Getting excited! I can honestly say my knees gave way a bit when I first saw it.
  15. Not worth filling your car up Dave, half a tank, just in case!:)
  16. Yep, worst I’ve seen since the end of the John Major administration. Out on their ear next chance you get if you please. ps. Should have put ‘one of’
  17. True, no one knows what the future will bring. The older I get the less I worry about the breakdown of civilization as population increases, not because I think it won’t happen, but I’ll be closer to the end of my natural life span, so bollocks to it!
