  1. Less than you paid for it. You know full well what it’s worth. Put it up for sale or don’t.
  2. Rick Astley doing Highway to Hell, awesome!
  3. It’s total bollocks, that doesn’t stand up to any scrutiny whatsoever, nonsense spread by idiots. This bloke (pro Ukraine for reference) makes some interesting points and possible future scenarios.
  4. The Wagner thing is bizarre, but it doesn’t alter the fact that Biden has played a blinder with the Ukraine thing Rallied international support, supplied superior weaponry and intelligence (and encouraged others to do the same) and subtly organised the inevitable defeat of Russia, and the probable downfall of Putin, all without losing an American soldier or risking nuclear war. Putin crossed the line in the sand and has suffered the consequences.
  5. Check the buttons on both sides are working correctly (ie check flashing lights on the button units)
  6. Why don’t you explain?
  7. Didn’t age well.
  8. That is a bit of a reach imo.
  9. Indeed. It has to be either Prigozhin (we’re going to have to learn how to spell that aren’t we?) going for head of state, or at least head of the Russian military in a new administration. Still, from our point of view on here, it makes a change from moaning about poor people/flat screen TVs/coffee from Starbucks etc.
  10. If, and my speculation is as worthless as anyone’s on here, The Wagner group do head into Russia in some kind of coup attempt, Putin and the chiefs will have to divert soldiers to combat them. Leaving the defenses of their gains in the Ukraine vulnerable to a lightning advance.
  11. Wagner Group (or specifically their boss) turning against Russia. Inevitable really, mercenaries are just that and are always likely to switch or stop if the situation changes. Next couple of weeks could see some very decisive action. edit Just seen been posted earlier.
  12. Cannot post links, but on the BBC website there’s an interesting article about the Pisces 3 submersible recovery.
  13. @Medbooth did you ever make a decision?
  14. Ok, thanks. As for your question, I’ll echo what many have said, you can sell the plant, but the business itself will probably be worth very little, if anything. Maybe someone you’ve worked closely with over the years will take it on? You might find someone willing to give you a few grand for the phone numbers and website, might being the operative word. There was a guy on here a while back who said he’d sold his business for tens of thousands. Not really sure if anyone believed him. Good luck with it anyway.
  15. How old? And what are you going to do instead? If you don’t mind me asking?
  16. Good info. Can they get there in time?
  17. Moving along. She makes a good point. You couldn’t pay me to get in that thing.
  18. Impressive machine, wish he was closer. Agreed on the networking bit, if I thought I could spend all day on that I’d sell everything else (except the Avant!)
  19. The tree has poor form, meaning the way it has grown lends itself to that kind of failure. All you can do is re-top/pollard it, get someone who knows what they’re doing so the make a nice shape and with a bit of luck it’ll come back well (it’s already been done once and survived) repeat the process every 5/10 years and you’ll have shade and the house will be safer. Short to medium term that’s your best solution.
  20. Agreed spent a fortune dicking around with my 2511 to make it super duper, bastard won’t work reliably. Should have left it stock and accepted its limitations.
  21. I assumed it was in the US, judging by the house and what the other tree blokes said.
