  11. There's another rope to consider. Buxtons are doing Edilred 12mm Powerstatic. Wayne's got it it'll be perfect for your HC but even though it's 12 mm it works great with a ZigZag

  16. I sold a strimmer on eBay. The buyer lived in Greece and his father in law collected it from me and shipped it back to him. Can't be bad for someone to go to that trouble
  17. That's what I think most of us will say Steve. I can see the point of it to speed up the rescue but in reality we don't
  18. Good thread Ti . When I done my 38 they said the as a climber we should install a second rope in an area of a tree where the rescuer can easily reach the injured climber in case of an accident. How many actually ever take a second rescue line up ?
