  14. With my delicate fingers I can tell the difference between coke and Pepsi just by the feel of the can and I was trying to sound technical but ok it is the hammer thing if you got to drag the truth outa me
  15. In my opinion It helps to make the saw easier to flick around while snedding . And ignore Joe's technical advice on chainsaw maintenance. If he can't hit it with a hammer he ain't happy :biggrin:

You really need to start picking up some qualifications such as cs30 and 31 at least you start working with a saw, snedding, cross cutting and small felling.Without these any work you may pick up even unpaid is going to to limited to dragging brash and you'll probably will get bored pretty quickly . Once you have these basic qualifications your path should become clearer. You may wish to further your career working on the ground or you may fancy going into climbing. I hope this is helpful
  18. it's a 550 all day long for me . Such a light saw,outboard clutch and instant power makes it a pleasure to use
  19. I had a little stigma for doing the banking it could go across just about anything until it died. If your looking at the diesel then look at the husky its a lot more reliable than the bigger stigma so I been told
