  1. YouTube isn’t the best place to go to theological college . It looks like you’ve been short changed.
  2. I’m sorry Vesp, you really don’t have an adequate understanding of the subject matter to put forward these arguments and objections. It seems to me that you’re merely regurgitating what you’ve heard other people say. Why don’t don’t you go and read the book in its entirety, meditate on it and then come back? If someone tried to do a book review without actually reading it, how much credibility would that review have?
  3. If you really studied scripture, I mean really studied it, and I’m not talking about the university of YouTube or Wikipedia. You would know that the Canaanites were a race of demon worshipers who sacrificed their children to these ‘deities’. Child sacrifice was ingrained in their culture and God, quite understandably didn’t want that kind of depravity influencing his already troublesome people. The Bible isn’t meant to be a manual for social reform. A lot of the accounts in there serve as warnings to us. Besides, I don’t get your logic? I thought you held mass murderers who have impacted history in high regard? If that is how you see God in the Bible I thought you would be well impressed..
  4. Britain?......, oh wait.
  5. [emoji33][emoji51]?[emoji40]??
  6. How about this..... Syria is to chair the UN disarmament forum on chemical weapons...... This tells us everything we need to know about the UN
  7. You could look at doing the CS 38 course. Access a tree with rope and harness and perform aerial rescue. Even though you wouldn’t have chainsaw qualifications a groundie with a CS 38 is a bonus and would maybe get you a foot in the door with a local firm. From there on a decent firm would provide training opportunities to progress. Ian Morgan Arb is in Stafford about an hours drive from Ðerby. Very good and helpful training company.
  8. Perhaps he’s on a hot date with Linda Sarsour..........
  9. Great article. When I consider that we are each of us, made up of about 30,000,000,000,000 cells and each of those cells performs tens of thousands of functions each, independently and yet in harmony and synchronisation with all the others. It fascinates me. 30 trillion cells......... If you won 1 trillion quid on the lottery (and it didn’t kill you first) you could spend 57 million quid every day for 50 years and still have a bit of change left over. These numbers are staggering.
  10. Apparently, if you don’t learn from repetitive failure by the 27th time it happens, you’re doomed to keep repeating it forever..... maybe..... Something to do with the neural pathways in the brain. Looks like Boris is running out of go’s then... Or is he a super shrewd Machiavellian player? I can’t seem to make my mind up. That fine line between genius and insanity.
  11. And many people do, all the time. Learned helplessness I think is the term for it.
  12. My mindset has totally changed, but I can’t undo what’s been done. I see things a lot different now than I did twenty years ago. Or maybe I just react to them differently. I went to a level 42 concert a little while back. The realisation hit me....I’m getting old.
  13. “Change is not change until it’s changed.” Tony Miller
  14. Or ex crooks.
  15. I’m glad they’ve been seen to bail him quickly. To often the wrong message gets sent where the deck is stacked against the victim in favour of the ‘rights’ of the perp. It encourages people to commit crime ‘cos very often the sentences are way too inadequate.
  16. Arresting and charging this guy sends the wrong signals to would be theives and emboldens them putting more homeowners at risk. Why is it that the ECHR and the authorities are so biased towards protecting the guilty and penalising the victim. Our laws are upside down.
  17. I wouldn’t be surprised if the other burglar claims compensation for the trauma he suffered. The ECHR would probably uphold it as well.
  18. Today’s daily Express
  19. 78 year old pensioner stabs one of two burglars to death while protecting his wife and home. I’ll be gutted if he gets charged.
  20. What on Earth are Hamas doing sending kids into that kind of environment? They know what is going to happen. It’s a tried and trusted Hamas tactic putting kids in harms way. Would you have let your kids go and play in the Brixton or Toxteth riots? Meanwhile in Arif Syria, the world turns another blind eye to a much worse atrocity. Up to 500 Kurdish civilians massacred by Erdogans troops. Mark, I don’t agree with everything Israel do but they’re always painted as the villains of the piece when in reality there are much more sinister forces at work. https://www.gatestoneinstitute.org/12113/palestinians-gaza-march

  24. That’s the stereotype, but in actual fact... https://www.cfr.org/backgrounder/christianity-china Christianity seems to be growing faster in China than anywhere else and conversion often comes at a heavy price.
