  3. His generosity has never been questioned. Stevie Blair said that there was £500 worth of kit going for free, I merely pointed out that it being second hand made it worth a lot less. Hodge

  23. I have a Landrover Td5, its a great work horse, pulls my tracked chipper everyday, pull a full ifor 10x5 regularly, goes over fields, through woods and rough terrain and does it very,Very well. However there is a price to pay for this, mine has done 80k now, this year its cost 2k in repairs. I take it to a LR dealer so I do pay a bit more but I'm back on the road in a day, while it's there I get a defender or a disco commercial so I can still tow. I use Land Rover parts where I can again not cheap but designed for the job. Most of my repairs are thing that wear with heavy use such as suspension bushes, steering bushes and drive train oil seals. I thought about getting rid of my Landy recently and after looking at my options she is still the best for me. So you people can dislike Landys till the cows come home but in my eyes there the dogs doodahhs!! Hodge
  24. Hour at most. 2 men a day , that's just crazy. Hodge
