  1. Just use a tarp and move along as you go.
  2. That's a long way from home mate, not far from me. What u been doing there?
  3. I like it when they tell you so and so recommended you and what a good job you did, so you give them a quote and you don't get the job as u weren't the cheapest. You can't win with some folk.
  4. They were a great band, my fave album was meantime.
  5. My little lad Charlie tried to take it to bits when we went in there the other week, lol:)
  6. Well you should Dave coz its arbtalk init!!

  9. Ballast resistor, there on eBay.
  10. You can fit a couple of things to stop that Dave. I have in mine. Forgot what there called though.
  11. It is mate, we wanted to get the job done quick so 3 lads feeding and 2 dragging had it done in no time. NO SNEDDING!!
  12. Well I've had the 230 VTR for a couple of days now so here is a quick report: the 2 speed tracking is a great addition along with the fold away platform so you can ride it to where you need to go. Yesterday I had to track across a big field and it was so easy stood on the machine. The higher ground clearance has made a big difference to where you can track too. The larger track base has made the machine more stable too. Chipping wise it is a beast, chipping oak yesterday we hardley had to cut any branches to fit through. The big fuel tank is a good point also.
  13. It's not far from me Dave so I will get some pics. The farmer wanted it left like that so it didn't make a hole in the hedge. There was chicken of the woods all over the cavitys.
  14. Oak tree to be reduced to 20ft due to decay and failing limbs. It was on a busy road so TM was needed. I had 2 climbers in the tree and 4 of us on the ground. The new 230 VTR was superb and we hardley had to cut any branches. All arisings were left on site. Done by 2.30 and having a pint. Spot on crew and weather helps.
  15. I have one. I got it off eBay, you connect it onto your Hoover, it has a big canister and hose and does a good job. Is this what you class as an attachment?

Less snedding due to massive pressure from the infeed rollers it's very good on cord but I won't be chipping cord that big as that's logs.
