  1. I have a 130 crew cab tipper, I use a heavy duty anti roll bar on the rear and bilstein shocks all round. I H/D Land Rover springs.
  2. What? Even the black ones? Lol:)
  3. I put in the quote that I will apply as part of the price of the job but I state that if once I have applied they get someone else to do the work there is a fee of £100. I have heard of tree surgeons looking at the applications on line and then contacting the customer and poaching work. I find this very low indeed!
  4. Yes mate
  5. I think it's about 4 cube, I used to have a transit LWB tipper and that could get a heck of a lot of chip in but would be way overweight. The climber is a contract climber, Ollie Bennett, very experienced and competent.
  6. They look nice, £?? Man city blue, love it!!
  7. It's horrid stuff ain't it, pricks your hands, arms etc. urggh
  8. It's not too bad with this beech mate, conny is worst. Good job I have plenty of tip off sites very local. I really wouldn't change my set up now mate, it's great for me. The new chipper is excellent. Thanks.
  9. 25 so far mate, touch wood it's spot on mate, belter.
  10. A trip to the Dentist Jon!
  11. All the timber is being kept by the old guy who's tree it is Mark, he had tears in his eyes when we started as he loves the tree so much. He is into wood turning so he is going to make stuff out of some of it, firewood for him and his 4 kids and his mates etc. I have told him there is going to be a lot of timber but he is having it all. We even cut shrubs out of beds so he can stack the wood there. It was a brilliant day which makes the work much more fun, as does a good set of lads.
  12. Day 1 of a Beech removal due to Merrip. The tree had a TPO in but a 5 day notice was served and away we go. Ollie B climbing and Joe, Ste, Chris on the ground and me rigging. 3 loads of chip and we are over half way now.
  13. Yes please.
  14. Done OMT. Thanks.

  17. This is what I use.
  18. Why not just make one up on word? It's well easy. That way you can design it how you want it.
  19. Ignore that, I found it;)
  20. Where? I can't seem to find it??
  21. Sad more like Swinny. Total plonkers.
  22. Why not tell him to F off? He sounds like a bell tip.
  23. Mountain biking for me Mick;)
  24. I just can't find people who want to pay for it, fresh or rotted. I would rather just give it away and get filling it again. If you can get money for chip then nice one:)
  25. I give my chip away as it makes my life easier as I have loads of chip tips to choose from.
