  1. Jesus, about the same here staff wise, management just don't seem to wana get rid of this guy yet he's the root cause of the problems, breaks all the equipment, is lazy, constantly on the phone to the managers about my attitude, anything he can do. Makes it a very unpleasant place to work, he's so incompetent and dangerous il be refusing to work with him u set H&S which will make me look a trouble maker, all our team 5members (1 decent supervisor has since left) have been to HR, it just can't go on, I'm jus worried about going it alone again
  2. I need a new job joe, if not il go back on my own. Honestly at breaking point with it now, but yes a good climb an a beer will go down well 👍🏾
  3. Wow u done well to last out 2years with that crap....I'm in a similar boat, only 8months though - my supervisor is the most incompetent useless backstabbing lazy break everything don't know his job dickhead u could ever meet...staff turnaround is crazy due to him, I'm next if the management don't act, eczema has flared back up because of it....
  4. Only 1 I can put my name to during my career....done a few fence panels tho
  5. Good man, I passed my 40 & 41 today too
  6. I hear your reasons...looking at around £4000, it won't be used everyday for work but will be my main vehicle, as I'm currently employed, but do get a lot of "extra work" at weekends. Il take a look at the Rangers 👍🏽
  7. That's what I have in mind keeping the gear separate from the brash/chip. I've a small budget so it's a oldie for me....I like the l200 4work or a hilux
  8. I was going to opt for a single cab, but too risky with the kit, and a double cab doesn't seem big enough to chip into, not every job will be chip or brash but would prefere a bigger cab with some space for saws n climbing stuff, just seeing who has what and what works for them Steve
  9. Wet and horrible in rugby.....but I am sat indoors with a hot tea and the kid enjoying cbbc haha. Wish I was up a dirty sap ridden Connie tho😝😝

    Hilux

Cheers guys, I hear what your saying about a tipper, I had one before when I was self employed, I'm employed now, and only do odd bits at weekends n occasionally have to clear waste etc, after something I can use for logs n jus cruising about n the odd hedge trimming job. If I went back self employed I'd most defiantly take the ripper route 👍🏾👍🏾

  15. Lack of work is making it harder to afford any chain oil 😜😜😜
  16. That mus be why I never see him around in other pubs, I'd rather drink the 2stroke out the husky than any beer from there 😷😷
  17. You mean you've actually been in there joe??? 😷😷😷
  18. Cracking video Adam, I'm in my learning stages still of reductions, and that was A class, admire your skills and keeping the shape of the tree, slightly jealous but hope I can make it to that standard in time, top job 👍🏽
  19. Always up at 7 these days, except for my Sunday's off (when I don't have my daughter), don't move until half 9
