No man your not nuts....i was in the same boat...gave my notice in yesterday. LA poor disorganised management, favouritism of a incompetent break everything time wasting back stabbing inexperienced let's put you on investigation and give u 2months off with full pay then reinstate u "supervisor", had enough in the end realising I couldn't change them along with 8odd former employees who saw the same fate. They now have a supervisor supervising the supervisor who supervises the climber. Happiness is key in life and work plays a big part of that. Stay happy👍🏾

I was over the moon, the thought of working in a team, doing the job I love, getting regular money....couldn't be further from the truth. I have to face this idiot today...with his fake smiles and hellos knowing he has been stabbing me in the back most of last week....I may be on here later looking for a job 😉😉😉

I agree, I'm ready to take whatever they throw at me, and I've kept quiet for so long that it's not doable any more, it's not just me, the other 4members of the team have said/done the same. Walking away will be my option in jus trying to give the bosses a chance

You've hit the nail on the head.its like emmerdale where u have a serial killer that fools everyone n they find out when it's too late. I've told the bosses il leave of nothin is done, couple of weeks they've got. Will have to ask the pros of arbtalk for some work haha

Haha that's the only perk really is regular money, but it's not worth being unhappy in a work environment. I've got a few trees lined up privately and a couple contacts that I climb for in the interim, could ring some old contacts I did some work for last year n see what's about, it's just such a shame all the team an I want to do is climb and enjoy our job n it's jus miserable everyday
