  1. Looks that way lol. Does not mean the machinery is crap though in any way.
  2. Read engine options! China 13HP Factory Direct Supply Wood Chipper /Chipper Shredder /Cutting Machine - China Wood Chipper, Chipper Shredder
  3. you'll probably find that your haeckseler and gtm, jansen etc are all produced in the same factory only difference is the options that have been chosen by the respective brands on powerplants etc. that's not to knock your haecksler though its a fine piece of kit with a good spec as is the gtm and both were my first initial choice, but the jansen just did it on price for me and the fact i'm confident that parts will crossover. As soon as I get the machine if it does state place of manufacture i'll post it, if it is indead china and all others are Europe i'll eat humble pie. by the way anyone know out of curiosity just where gtm chippers are manufactured, all three manufacturers mentioned are german so maybe that's the answer who knows.
  4. lovely! just looking forward to getting my hands on it now. Have a great Christmas!
  5. was thinking it was optimistic, i'll probably have a go maybe once but it wont be doing it regular if at all after, have you had any issues with the bolt heads on the blade being as they're standing proud? or are yours counter sunk?
  6. As soon as I've got the chipper I'll post a clip of it in use and maybe do little review on it, the dealers Web page states it'll do 85/100mm dia wood so we'll see if that's being optimistic but one of those clips the fella is feeding in a fairly sizable piece of wood so we'll see.
  7. yeh it is a very good deal, hopefully parts are interchangeable (engine excluded) between the gtm chippers for availability due to the fact the machine are so similar in appearance i'm hopping they originate from the same manufacturer. cheers for all the advice on how the chipper likes being fed, I agree with the rakings you mentioned before makes me cringe that.

  13. thanks for the pics, it looks pretty much perfect for me, which engine is in yours? I've seen some with the Honda and some with a gte engine was curious how the gte engines would stand up as their a fair bit cheaper, here is a link to the Janson gte1500 I mentioned earlier. 14. Yeh if you could post some pics that would be great, I've just found what seems to be jansen gts1500 on eBay with a 15hp engine of unknown origin for 1650 very tempting
  15. I'm looking for a decent review of the Gts1300 could anyone help? I've looked through the forum and although I hear the occasional comment on it there's nothing with any depth.
  16. Has anyone tried using an aftermarket bearing from SKF or similar? seems SKF use a glass reinforced polymer, maybe its a more durable? cant seem to find any steel cage needle roller bearings on google.

  20. anyone having any issues with their Viking mb4rtp? went to cut my lawn today started cutting fine but after about 3minutes it developed one hell of a clanging noise from the deck area.
  21. Hi! Can anyone tell me where the confor show will be this yea? All I can find out is longleat estate but I'd like to know which road I'd find this on in advance so I can book the nearest hotel. Cheers if anyone can help!
  22. 441 I say! I have one myself and honestly I'm really happy with it, pulls a 25inch bar fine and is really well balanced with a 20. Had it a year with no mechanicals either, oh and awesome throttle response to just as good as a 560xp.
  23. My mice new toys, unfortunately I could do with getting more work for them. Anyone looking for a ground in S.Wales?
  24. GTA San Andreas+GTA5
  25. Yeh I looked at the husky at a local dealer and have to admit I was interested in that and the viking mb4rtp I did dismiss them in favour of a 3 in 1 but I'm thinking otherwise now.
