  10. One from before christmas. Subbing in fir another firm. Was a bit of a nightmare. Big old cavity at the first fork from a branch removal and just about everything you wouldnt want under a tree at the bottom, gas tank, skydish, electric, roof, new fencing and no room :-(.   14. Daisy chain the rope rather than the pillow case. Then you get no tangles. You can fold it half first to which makes it a bit less soul destroying lol. Wash it on cold with a natural detergent and then dont go mad with the spin. Should come out spangley. Sent from my HTC One using Arbtalk mobile app

  20. Double blocking i think its called. The middle section of stem was a bit messy and it help reduce any shock. There's more rope i n the system and because you have a sort of 2-1 thing going on you need less wraps, things run better. It helped down at the bottom because things had to be stopped short to get them back up over the hedge. Hope that makes sense. Lol It cant be the weather you miss.   22. Finishing off a sycamore removal yesterday, had all the toys out lol. Stem had a pocket of decay half way down caused by what i thing is polyporus squasmosus. Was well mushy at the bottom :-( Sent from my HTC One using Arbtalk mobile app

  25. Hey mate, not overly up on my fungi but i removed a big old sycamore with the exact same decay inside today. There was no fruiting body i could see but is this typical of polyporus squamosus? Thanks Sent from my HTC One using Arbtalk mobile app
