  1. Does anyone use a elbow support of any kind? I have problems with my tendon shrinking and have to stretch it out several times per tank use. Does anyone use any sort of brace or compression bandage? I am thinking I need one that holds the arm slightly bent rather than a straight one.
  2. I got mine from fleabay for £45 inc p&p all the way from the USA and it included import tax!
  3. I use Peltor 3M Worktunes AM/FM Radio Electronic Ear Defenders they are no problem at all.
  4. it depends on who they have partnered with and who is delivering the course. I know for a fact thegroworganisation.org have the right intentions and totally have the best interests of the clients at heart. This is why I was willing to give my time to them and the guys they helped.

  7. It would be improper to disclose the price as I carved it for another sculptor who didn't have enough time to carve it himself. If I were to do another in oak as a further commission for someone else I would price it at around £800
  8. The badger in the stage pictured it's just scorched with blow torch but the fox had spirit stain on it.

  10. Sounds interesting, I assume you want it chainsaw carved with a rustic but smooth finish?
  11. A change from my normal hare this guy is having a clean up, he still has oversize ears as all mine do
  12. I recently worked with some youngsters from the princes trust incorporating their designs on a sign at The Grow Organisation (Home - The Grow Organisation) (https://twitter.com/growcentre) in Bowthorpe. Really nice to work with those guys and hope to do so again in the future.
  13. Chainsaw carved oak, its my 1st fox and hope to do some more over the next few months.
  14. I carved a badger in oak a few weeks ago which turned out quite nice. It's chainsaw carved with a few minor details done with a die grinder.

  16. I'm no expert but I believe conifers are full of resin? should make it last well and sweet chestnut is suposed to be excelant for lasting outside I believe.

  18. I really like that pecker Ian well done Nice to see the eye tool being used in all ways not just eyes............ they make good nostrels on bears etc in the same way using it on the edge
