  11. I usually use the Oregon 8"or 10" plastic ones , but I got a big twisted aluminium one from Clark's a while back , it's at the yard just now but it was either Ochsekof or Bacho make . TS

  14. Yip , I'm 30 days too , but they still come back 3 and 4 months later , sometimes longer expecting the same price . TS.

  16. This is what Joe public does all the time , asks for a quote , then keep you waiting . I give them a price then suggest a date telling them I'm super busy the next month or two after the suggested date , sometimes it works and they go with your date . I must say I've never chased them up on the phone , but plenty have got back to me months later expecting the same price . TS
  17. Looks like no lubrication for sure , have you tested it with another bar/chain , I had a fauly oregon bar a few years back that the oil holes on it were slightly out of line . TS .
  18. I use Pfanner stretch air and Sip freedom both C's . Hi flex only lasted me 6 months , not very tough against brambles and jaggy branches . TS
  19. Power Match bar and Stihl .325 chain , I like the speed . I want a Sugihara bar next . TS
  20. I run a stihl kombi KM130 with two extension poles 1 mtr and 0.5 mtr , it's done a lot of work without a problem . ( touch wood ). I've heard some bad reports , but as I said mine has been great . TS

  23. The only place I've worked is Scotland , I love it from now till about June , then the midges come out , and when the rain starts it's wonderful , you can't beat wet trees for soaking you !! Last year was real wet . But that's life ! If I was younger I'd head for Canada or the States , dry with big trees I bet the money is better too . TS
  24. I use a Gomtaro and a Zubat , both straight , great saws that leave a nice tidy finish . TS
