  1. Ianmorganarb in Stafford does cs38, where I did mine
  2. Could you not try to break up the blockage with a needle or fine pointed tool?
  3. Yes even the old cs10+ credits are still valid, although cs36 has been merged as cs30.2
  4. 544018401 - that's the part number you want
  5. http://www.ereplacementparts.com/husqvarna-chainsaw-parts-c-114486_114487.html it's where I get my stuff
  6. I know husky changed some part numbers, so the 88 or 97 parts should fit, just photo the coil, kuz there are 2 in that time period, and they differ greatly, so it's fairly clear cut
  7. Could you post a photo of the coil? And judging by something I found in arboristsite I'm guessing your saw is a 95 model
  8. It's a 90's one by the sounds, '88 or '97 parts should fit it
  9. Well I've narrowed it down to 85-97 as the years, what's the break made of? Plastic or metal?
  10. And the age is on the metal tag somewhere on the saw
  11. Try this site Husqvarna Chainsaw Parts : eReplacementParts.com
  12. Yeah, I've just had the same problem 20 mins ago after I repaired mine, least stihl are easier to get into
  13. Check it's connected right way round, short leg to carb
  14. On my bench today: my 338xpt, parts arrived, clutch and muffler covers went on sweet as a nut... Then it was time to repair the stop switch, husqvarna really didn't think about the maintenance of that... Well this is the switch the previous owner 'repaired'
  15. If you want I can come and do it DGB, I live near Cannock so it's just down the road from me
  16. Recon spud could stick one in a saw?!
  17. Yet another
  18. And another
  19. Another pic, won't let me upload more than 1
  20. Here's so far
  21. I wish it was an 090! I recon if anything is stuffed on this it'll be the ignition coil anyway, but I have a feeling that will be expensive
  22. Muffler off, piston is shiny, no scoring
  23. On my bench today: the full wrap for the 385 arrived, hardest part was removing the rubber pipe off it, the 338xpt recoil spring has snapped so that is added to the parts I need:cursing:
  24. I'm typing off my phone, and the start of the thread gave me more buttons to press, and I've just figured out how
  25. Would do, but I don't know how to post pics
