  1. Makes sense, due to the leak been topping up before use with fresh water, seems it froze.. close call. Ill clean them up and get the in, see what happens, thanks
  2. Chipper rad was due a recore, so that was done and Im just refitting it now. Found the pictured caps, one from each side of the block, just laying in the bay. Im assuming they are blanking plugs fitted in the factory for different water cooling layouts? Is that correct? Why have two of mine come off? Machine had been getting a little warm due to the leaky rad but nothing major. More importantly, how to get the buggers back in and sealed? Thats assuming it is the water jacket im looking at inside. Any input would be great, kinda need the machine first thing. Cheers
  3. After a certain year they couldn't be fitted on the bonnet for visibility / safety issues, probably some EU ruling. If you do fit it and find it obstructive then have a smaller wheel/tyre combo fitted to improve things, others did that and said it made things easier.
  4. Standard Aspen argument starting in..3,2,1...

  7. Hi, I think, as said, the FSI is well over 4k inc the dreaded. Might be better off looking at the Predator 360? - Turntable!! Predator 360 Stump grinder | eBay
  8. Indeed I was, that wasnt mine though I was simply selling on someone's behalf whom passed away. Was tempted to purchase it myself but the funds were not there at the time, its going to be a finance job whatever i get
  9. Thats interesting, thanks Will bear that in mind, but a minor niggle I spose. I think if a second hand HB20n came up for a good price it would be a tough call.
  10. Any issues with your machine? I didnt like the idea of electric drive.. 90% of my work is in the town centre, i do worry about width of access also. They do a narrow HB20 (n) which im still tempted by, every inch counts
  11. Anyone used BOTH machines? Ive put about a hundred hours on HB20's in the past and really rate them. But im looking to get a new grinder and torn between these two. HB20 - Slighty narrower in standard form 2 HP extra Good dealer backup 460 - Considerably cheaper to buy (not far off half) Better wheel design (debatable) Good dealer backup Seen second hand HB's with a couple of hundred hours going for the same price as the 460 is new, must say something? So anyone used both? Anyone in the Suffolkshire area have the 460 that I could come and prod/kick the tyres?
  12. Your inbox is full Dean.
  13. **Listing now been edited. I think he/they got some witty replies and can see the funny side.
  14. Someone may be interested so thought id share - 150 Year Old Oak Tree for Sale | eBay Thank me later
  15. Move your existing landline number over rather than being issued with a new one.
  16. Dont think you can port over your existing number though can you? Im sure we looked in to them also
  17. 02 - About £20 per month inc line rental for the landline, can be diverted to mobile, you get 200 or so mins per month also so you dont have to pay for the call cost when clients ring (unless you go over 200 mins) Bt and Virgin dont offer inclusive mins for the above service so will cost a lot more. BT was costing me about £60 per month. Im swapping to a VOIP system so I can call clients from the mobile but its masked as a landline number
  18. Yes id call them first, they make an effort themselves to contact owners and keep a database of serial numbers with owner details, you can find the number on google, it will be a Stowmarket number.
  19. Thanks chaps, ill take a look tomorrow.
  20. I have a store local so worth a try, cheers
  21. Didnt think of that.. can anything be done to sort it?
  22. Whats up? Is the key getting worn? 50% of the time the key turns, dash powers up but no starter motor. Had to try 8 or 9 times to start it today. No spare key sadly Selling the van at the moment so just wanted to be clear about the issue with any potential buyer. thanks
  23. Oregon Saw trousers are dirt cheap, about £70? I've found they wear very well and last. Boots, Airstreams were on offer last week for about £160, dunno if that was a Black Friday thing or not. Lid - Buy new Id go to your local place, try some stuff on etc. They will most likely give you 10- 15% discount in the hope of you returning
  24. Let us know how you get on, something we also talk about often but never get any further with. Another plus is vehicle cost seems to be a fair chunk lower for anything over 3.5t, although im sure running costs will be slightly higher.
