  14. Verandas are underrated as methods of transportation lol. But there are good cheap tablets. Iv had apple devices before and I don't see the fuss tbh. An Android device can do anything an iPad can, perhaps with half a seconds difference but they make up for it with price Sent from my GT-I9300 using Arbtalk mobile app

  16. The op clearly said no to Apple. If any of you were looking for a new car on a budget and people kept suggesting a porch, you wouldn't be too happy
  17. Nexus 7 then. £179, fast, reliable and fairly tough compared to an individual. Plus at that price it's not the end of the world if it breaks!
  18. Also worth mentioning that if you are gonna be entirely digital the thing to remember is backup backup backup. If it doesn't exist in 4 places it doesn't exist at all!
  19. Note 10.1is a good option. As is the nexus 10
  20. If you were to take a wander through the orchard I work in, you would find tonnes of old charms and tokens given to the tree spirits over the years. I have to prune around the wasailed trees or I'll bring bad luck to the orchard
  21. I use woodland pattern British army surplus trousers. £8 a pair and they last for ages!
  22. These little buggers are eating my plums. Any idea what they are and how to deal with them?
  23. Not being able to drive, I go between kent and Somerset by national express coach. I often take a saw to cut logs for my partners grandparents. Drain it, take off the bar and chain and stick it in a waterproof bag. Iv been refused entry before when they smelt residual petrol and were worried about it leaking
  24. Stihl MS211. I started off with an 021 and they are perfect little saws for starting off with.
  25. Iv made some cracking handles out of oak, defo shouldn't be ruled out
