Where did you find the arborist? Before using them, check they are insured, qualified and have a decent reputation. The fact that they even mentioned a scaffolding tower screams dodgy to me

My old husky can would have lasted a lot better if I hadnt run it over twice. My stihl one is crap. The oil cap broke and spilt oil everywhere
