  1. Been on this for a week and a half now Feel great lots of energy, like others have said its more to do with cutting out the crap ( chocolate, sweets etc ) One thing I have noticed personally is I have started getting spots and more recently a cold sore ? Don't know if anyone else has noticed anything like this ? However I feel more energized and sharper, maybe it's more to do with non binging post Christmas I don't know but i will stick with this diet for now as I feel in the zone !
  2. Tried that Herbalife shake stuff, lost a stone but was constantly starving, once I used it all never bought any more!
  3. I would struggle with the bread Nd cheese ! Mostly the bread , any substitute in the diet for bread boys and girls ?

  5. Made a few wine racks myself mate, I just grind off the rough with a sanding disc and give them to my mate to blast, may paint this one but they do look pretty smart just blasted

  8. My first gun was a webley and Scott 410, lovely little gun, if I remember correctly for the safety you had to pull the back of the bolt back and turn it half a turn ?
  9. The old oil cooled welders are good (oxford) try and get something with a continuos fan or even look at an inverter welder, I have a diesel generator welder and it would stick ships together !

  11. Mine are all good bar one so far ! Invoices are sent and payment made by BACS or check in give or take 2/3 days! One company I did work for had payment terms if two month ! It hurts to a small outfit like mine ! Onwards and upwards though !

  14. I didn't like the chain either, took spark arrestor out and run mine on aspen, It will get smoother once it's run in a bit, Well impressed with mine!

I would go 6 inches and use re bar, as it's outside I would give it a brush finish as opposed to smooth, bit more grip when it's icy, put a level mark on the wall and transfer it to the other walls if your not using boards , if it's wet enough it will self level a lot if you use a vibrating poker, but to wet isn't always good, IMO Hope it helps Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
