  1. I'm on the fence with this one. He has no feedback for selling anything. He has just been buying. Recent activity is 29th may. Says he will deliver in uk for £150. Only thing holding me is the payment by bank only. No cash on delivery or PayPal.
  2. Good. Glad someone has done there job right. He was definatly after extra money. He filed for permission before and withdrew it, guess he thought that by waiting a couple of years people would have forgotten.

A picture from Sunday. The best day of the year so far weather wise. Got a bit of a tan that day.
  4. Just a question. How are now?
  5. I would have laughed. But then I would also have been sat in a and e with a dog sticking out of my head.

Dover shout tonight. A very ill man on board the yacht kingFisher. Lifeboat called as man was very bad and was incoherent and in and out of consciousness. Removed from yacht and placed on board lifeboat and brought back to Dover and given care by the ambulance. Boat now back alongside an dreary for service.
  7. Just got back in from a call out. A very very ill man from a yacht, was not in a good way at all, got him off and as soon as come back he was off in an ambulance. Will find out tommorow what happened.
  8. The other half has just given me this. She sorted it today. Very fitting I must say.
  9. I know that tractor I'm sure of it. Pm me if it came from down my way please. I can't make out the plate but those spot lights look very familiar.
  10. Ssshhhhhhhhh the missis will hear you. Must admit there is a couple of nice bits of totty there. Not that I was looking as I was too busy driving the mower in a straight line.
  11. The ms260 I use when groundie. Love it.
  12. Started a new place today. Another one day a week working at a stables. Well horse travel company. Cutting the grass and general garden maintanance. So I get to ride around on a ride on mower all day. Got a nice tan today. Makes a change from the workshop for one day a week. Went to finish and go home and got asked if I could do anything else. So looks like more work front he place. Need to be carefull as it could easily take over a bit from the tool repairs. Just nice to get out and get a tan.
  13. Nah I'm no expert. But I have heard of this Steve bloke. Apparantly he is well dodgy, one of these people who thinks he knows it all but is a right dodgy character......:lol:
  14. Eddie. It's just a thought and nothing more. But for a trial why don't you send an email to the RNLI in Poole. Explaining what you do and what you have and see if they would be interested on trialling the aspen in the daughter boats. They will probably tell you to do one but if you don't ask you don't get. Might be a good trial. I'm not going to at the arb show. I'm going to jonsies show.
  15. According to my other half I spend a fortune on parts. Don't spend anything on saws as I don't own any. I have my climbing gear for rec climbing but I have that and that's it. I do however spend a small fortune on tools. But they are needed.
  16. Yes. It's too short of an answer for arbtalk apparantly. So fidly de do dah...... Sory yes they are.
  17. I think aspen is a good product. There is a market for it. Commercial forestry may not be one of then due to price. The outboard market may be worth a look. Go to a boat show and just ask around, take a leaflet or even some aspen. But from a boaters point I would do a search on aspen and that would start throwing up the saw issues where the saw failed due to the lines and diaphragms, this may be a downer as reliability is major on water, we all know that its due to the old fuel than the aspen but they won't. Unless it doesn't on outboard engines. I think some research will have to be done into if its going to work out properly without any hassle in the engines.
  18. Spud your wasting your breath with this one I'm afraid. I got a pm from him and its just useless. The man won't listen to the help that was being offered. And wouldn't say what saw it was anyway. No matter how good people are they just can't help if the make of saw isn't given. I did try to help out by posting the make of saw but its a bit late for it now.
  19. Sorry as he has gone can someone explain the glass houses thing to me please. I'm struggling to understand that one.:confused1: Yes there are plenty of forums out there. And if you try and post on those as you have done here then the replys you get will be a lot worse. No I didn't reply to your pm. As I didn't want to, I tried to help on your thread and got the cold shoulder, so why should I help you on pm.......
  20. Funny that I'm a size 13uk. Jonsie didn't have them in when I ordered, they turned up at my house 3 days later. Can't argue with that one.
  21. Oh we have an ex cox down my way that has actually called us to help him. Only problem was he called the LOM on his phone. So it was a self launch, he has NEVER lived it down.:lol:
  22. I wear Oregon waipoua boots. For the price they are fantastic. Brought them summer last year. And they are still going strong and I wear them almost all the time.
  23. Top notch Barrie. And not a lifeboat in sight.:lol:
  24. Well that's what I don't like. But then I guess we are suppose to find out when its too late. Same as spud I try and get the turn around as quick as possible, this however means that saws will get delayed longer. As I will have to put aside a day of parts collection. This of course is going on the fact that they have the parts in and is ill have to call ahead to try and make sure of this. Anyway enough threads about all this stihl stuff already.
