Ha I love that. The engine manufactures just happen to produce an oil and recommend it in there own engines. There are other oil manufacturers that make the same grades of oils by the way.

Did read the thread and was contemplating commenting but then I relised it wouldn't be long before it got modded. Welcome to the modern world. It is ever harder for the small man to get ahead of the big companies with all the gear and no idea.

Only got time or a quick look at the 026 today. Tested comp and at 160 psi, carb looked clean with a bit in the qauze filter but nothing special, spark was nice and strong, fuel was getting to plug and making it wet. But still no run, get a put put but no run. Going to swap the carb from a working ms260 tomoz and try that. Got given a free blow(er) today aswell ryobi, fuel pipes perrished so changed those and runs like a dream, has never done any work as its spotless, happy days.

Guss you have a long way to go. What your feeling now is only slight tiredness compared to the full sleep deprecation you will be feeling very soon. My advise is to sleep every second now before bab comes home. I thought the army had banned this as a form of torture but I can see now how effective it could be. All the best and I hope bab comes home soon. Keep us posted how you get on.

Yeah I bet they did. Bit like my neighbours when I fired up the 088 at 1 in the morn without realising it was that late. Only when the missis came running down the garden shouting through the door. Hope you had a good holiday but I'm still calling you an idiot for coming back to fix a saw. :lol:

Got a 026 to look at tomoz. Not starting up, will go to fire but doesn't. It's getting fuel and air filters spark is ok. Havnt taken it down yet. On the to do list.
