1. So 560 it is then ?
2. Yep I have them in the red color . They are type A front only with zip vents . They have a very high back ( drought protection ) . I prefer the fit of the Gladiator ventilation that I have in grey . I thought the extreme would be similar in shape but they are slightly different .
3. [quote name=J 560xp on 18" sounds like the popular current choice though.[/quote] This would be my choice also on the timber described . Don't do much of that sort of thing now but it used to be a 254xp
4. Sky clearing sun coming out probably too late to have much affect on the temp so will be a cold night . Frost in the morning .
5. Still dark here but just been out with the dog ....
6. Wet and windy down here Jon . Supposed to be getting colder later mate .
7. Yes . I have them on my pickup . i rate them . Also for more sticky stuff the STT is good .
8. You are not alone ! I would love another one of those little wasps on a 13" bar get spud to port it too
9. Are we in for a long night then ?
10. You makes I fair chuckle V.I.
11. The only family I work for is my 90 year old Dad and that is always for free .
12. Cuts a treat . I like it .
13. I think the main problem here is its for family albeit somewhat remote .
14. He needs cutting some slack then and possibly some help / counseling ? Poor bloke .
15. So its already sold then , from the first listing where it was running perfectly ?
16. Not putting fuel in would the least likely way to knacker it I would have thought ?
17. I just emailed him . Title " not about the saw " asked him how the weather was out his way ......
18. And running perfectly then ......
19. Same here Dafydd ...
20. Donations seemed to have slowed sooo went in for my second batch .....Keep it up lads and lasses !
21.
Hi Steve . I read the thread on here daily and see that porting work has taken off big time since the first beginnings ! Any way here is wishing you and yours a great Christmas and all the best for 2015 . Best regards Andy .

22. You would have to ask the carvers on here what is their preference but I would think so . 3/8 low profile is usually found on climbing saws , powered pole saws etc . .325 pitch is usually found on 40 - 45 - 50cc saws ( this can be narrow kerf / pixal or semi chiz or full chiz . dependent on home owner , semi pro or pro saws ) 3/8 usually from 60cc up to around 80 or maybe 90 cc . .404 pitch is usually the territory of say 80 cc upwards .
23. Look V.I. It quite obvious you are a " top banana superb geezer ! " to work with/alongside . Any one not taking advantage of what you offer ( assuming they are in a position to do so ) will loose out big time . If your Auntie had bollox she would be your uncle . Don't let "If " get in the way " if " there is any chance of swerving it you people !
