  1. Been a Floyd fan all my life . 72 now so at least 45-50 years . . When Dave took over from Syd Barret I understood that " less is more " . When that fat old sun in the sky is falling summer leavening birds are calling , summer Sunday and a year the sound of music in my ear ....................
  2. If the cover is thick ( especially bramble ) watch out for his tail . I have seen dogs with un docked tails at the end of the day in a bloody mess . Its not fair on them . If they are going to to work in thick cover they should have their tails docked when they are pups .
  3. I used to go with my spaniel and there was a bloke with a collie . She was absolutely brilliant . Would put a bird up and stop dead until he told her to get on where as my spaniel was sometimes in danger of creating a huge flush that you did not want . Fond memories I have of beating on West Dean Estate .
  4. It does look like spruce on the cut face .
  5. Takes me back . Still got the vinyl 🙂
  6. Reminds me of that film . ..." you strongly object " ? A few Good Men . 🙂
  7. Morning Rob , morning all .
  8. Yes . It would have benefited from porting but when I got my spud ported 346 it kinda got ignored .
  9. Thought they would be using drones now ...
  10. I got a 242xp somewhere . Must dig it out . Used to be known as " the little wasp " 🙂
  11. Basics is the bollox ! 🙂
  12. Well yea ! No price for experience . If we started at 07:00 I would be done by 10:00 ! 😃
  13. So might I and I am 72 and completely fcuked ! 😁
  14. Could the digging of the pool be a factor ?
  15. Same ! 🙂
  16. They have been nesting there ever since Mick . There is a camera watching them and a screen down below in one of the rooms . Very popular when chicks hatch .

    288xp

Oh ok . Never owned a 288 . The oldest big Huskys I had were 394XP . had two of those . With long bars I found the standard 7 pin worked best .

    288xp

I have always found that going from 7 pin to 8 pin a standard chain loop will still fit albeit the adjustment is pretty much all the way in until the chain stretches a little .
  19. Good morning everybody . Hope all is well . A cool 6c here , no frost and not raining so far .
  20. Sorry boys , late on parade . Been chatting to my son about last nights cluster fcuk at the Pompy v Millwall match . He arrived early as there was a big police presence and everything took twice as long . Players came on to warm up and then the flood lights went out . 45 mis later they came back on players came back on to warm up again then they started standing around a bit . Jack ( my son ) noticed that the Sky tv cameras were not working . The Millwall fans were to be held untill all the Pompy fans had left so they had a special train laid on for them which they would have missed if it kicked off late so the game was called off . Frost and minus 2 out side .
  21. I don't see how they can be both ....oh hang on they are adjustable 🙂
  22. I'm waiting ...
  23. Wont that clog the DPF ? 🙂
  24. I have been thinking for weeks now how cool it would be if Ukraine could find a way to re direct the drones back at Russia . Bugger me dead with the rough end of a pinnacle they are now doing it ! Apparently they send the incoming drone a " spoof " sat co ordinate that is somewhere in Russia or Belarus . How neat is that !
