  1. Cheers Kevin
  2. Our new MultiOne 7.4+ arrived. A big thanks to Steve at MultiOne UK and Gordon at Gammies for such an extensive handover. A few pictures of her while she's shiny and new... more to follow once she's earning her living!! For anyone interested, I've started a user group on Facebook - MultiOne UK Owners Group
  3. Guys.... According to the specs of the machines, the wheels and tyres are the same on both the 635 and the 7.3+ 23x10.50-12 Perhaps Steve had smaller wheels/tyres on the 7.3+ for some reason?
  4. Depending on what dealer you go to. But perhaps a little unfair to compare the prices of the 635 against the 7.3+ when it out classes the 635?
  5. The 10.8 has 3.21m reach/height.
  6. Rrp £37188
  7. It would have to be Takeuchi for me!
  8. From what I understand, the torque divider is like a controllable, variable differential. From a 60/40 split on opposite sides to full locking diffs!!
  9. Hi... Seems you're at exactly the same point as me! I'm just getting prices in but I have a small tractor to PX. It will either be the 635 or the 7.3+ Re the Multione torque divider, give Steve Hadfield at Ranger Equipment a call.
  10. Interested in your thoughts on this one... it certainly looks a bit of a beast!! The new MultiOne flagship model, the 10.8. With 2700kgs lift capacity, Light enough to transport on a 3.5t plant trailer. Perhaps overkill for Arb work... I'm looking at the smaller 7.3+ model.
  11. Thanks for the tips and advice guys.... Much appreciated
  12. Can any of you guys recommend a good wood burner for a workshop please? Workshop dims are 10m x 6m x 4.5m high. Been considering the Oakfire 4 (as per pic) but not sure about the top filling? Thank in advance
  13. Spot on Paul.... Many thanks for the tip!
  14. Can anyone tell me please ... Options to mount a hydraulic post hole borer on the front loader of a Kubota 4240? Only one I've found so far is the Danuser / Opico Earth Drills Just trying to find out if there's anything else that can be front mounted? Thanks in advance
  15. Please explain.... interested to hear why you feel this way?
  16. Thanks to all for the advice
  17. I'm very interested to read everyone's thoughts and experiences. I have an 8 acre small holding with another 5 in woodland. Despite having sheep, I need to be able to top the 8 acres when required. I do a fair amount of tree planting to its handy to use the post hole borer. I also need to be able to lift a ton. The Avant with all its attachments ticks the bill for me and quite a bit more. The small footprint of the avant is also a real benefit. I guess the big negative is the price but an old tractor that can lift a ton on the loader is a fair bit bigger! Lastly, my wife likes getting involved in all this and I made the mistake of letter her see how easy it is to attach and detach the implements!
  18. Hi Bob, thanks for the input. When you say plastic panels, do you mean the black mud guards front and rear? I thought apart from these the rest was metal?
  19. These wouldn't work for me as I want to be able to attach a flail mower and a bar cutter.
  20. @ WoodED, thanks for posting the pics... I've demo'd one and thought it's a great machine for doing everything... Plus being able to lift a ton and still be do small is super.
  21. I'm getting close to purchasing an Avant Loader (635)... just wondered if anyone had any thoughts or experience of the Avant Loaders against the MultiOne range? Thanks in advance
  22. Sold ours now but a cracking bit of kit.... never let us down once and excellent customer service from Kilworth
  23. Thanks guys.... As usual you have been a great help.... Very much appreciated!!
