The arb world is quite small bud, just because ur working for someone that hasnt got you climbing, they might know someone thats does etc. just turn up on time work hard keep your mobile off etc and an overall good impression. After that you may get more contacts that can help. I personally wouldnt jump ahead and wastes my mates/ or others i know of time, when i didnt know the caliber of the man i was to have working for me. Work hard bud and bide your time, it can and will be frustrating at times just remember your goal and keep focused. Dan

  5. <p>Anyways ur teachers should know all this, quite shocking there unable to help, with ur own gear you need to cheack it all weekly. If ur using it at college they should ask for receipts and the inspection form which u can easily do computer, as i doubt there insurance would cover u uf anything was to help</p>

  7. <p>Need to look at the manufactors reqimendations some are 3 orherrs are up to 10 yrs, everything has a shelf life so unless uve got a job lines where u need ur own kit, id hold off buying anymore</p>

  8. <p>Each rope, harness crab etc need to be loller checked every 6 months min. If u go self employed etc and take out insurance urll need to prove its been done otherwise the insurance is void. Also make sure ur kit is marked up with an unique number on it i.e ak1, ak2 etc</p>

  9. Take the seats out, measure up and make urself a frame for what u need to fit and black out the windows aswell as puttin a lockable door on both sides bud:thumbup1:

  12. I used to work for a climber that was 56 and still did a 4 day wk, his body was knackered but the ex para in him pushed him along til his son decided to join and take over i think now

    Also just look u the correct pdf for your saw, but once uve tuned one you can pretty much do them all
