First look on google for the council number, if you get the operator ask to speak to a TO ref TPO'/CA, then ask if there is said restrictions. If theres is then you have to fill out paper work and wait til they contact u. -

I wear the same and just use a endless sling to make a loop pop over ur head and itll keep the harness up whilst using a larger saw -

All i know is that u have to do 35hrs in total before that time. But u can do all 35hrs on the same lesson!!

Out of 14 that passed the hnd course onlty myself and another gained full time work as climbers straight from college

To do 38/39 i believe you need to do 30/31, this is what the gardeners may have which is to do. Some cross cutting and saw maintance also small fell -
