  10. Main thing is everyone is fine and it's only a car/lump of metal at the end of the day:thumbup1:
  11. If the grounds not level as it never is I use a builders line pulled tight but held out and up with a packer as it saves it getting snagged then use another packer the same size on the board till it just touches the line then it gets nailed. Sorry if you know this already and I'm telling you how to suck eggs
  12. Just remember to stagger the joints to give it a bit more strength and sink the posts in 1/3 of what is sticking out the ground also worth getting a 100 mm spacer for a consitant gap
  13. For around £600/700 you should get a Viking that will do all you ask
  14. I've got a 261 had problems with it got them fixed but I went and bought 560xpg ( yes not a 550) and since buying it the 261 has just sat feeling lonely in the garage. I'm now thinking about selling it to fund a 550 for lighter work Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  15. Have a look at the Viking range I've used a little 4 series for the last two seasons and it's only had a new blade boss and a blade. Think it cost £400 and has a decent size box and is nice and light Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  16. Your not alone I was thinking the same joke:blushing:
  17. I'm now thinking the same with a separate conecter as I've ran the wires in and earthed it on the trailer chassis. Then thought it the easiest idea is just to keep it a separate thing as I'd still have the working fog light and be legal if I get pulled again by the nice men at vosa
  18. Sounds like an idea I take it it would need to be a 3 way switch?
  19. Fitting it to my ifor I was planing to use the fog light pin on the plug to save changing that and the socket to the 12 pin ones
  20. I was going to fit a reverse light but I'd have to do away with the fog light. Would this be legal or does any one have any other ideas how to get round it?
  21. That's a nice selection there mark. I got a Kelly kettle and a moka express coffee maker and a nice socket set so has been a good day I'd say Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  22. Sounds like a good plan to me I've got one more job to hopefully get done tomorrow then I'm taking the same attitude
  23. Up here we wouldn't know as they seem to allways concentrate on the weather south of the border and scotland just gets a token mention. I've given up with the forecast now and just look out the window in the morning
