  1. No I have not. One thing I do know is that Paul Cox, (the creator) and his band of helpers, tried almost every conceivable permutation of hitch cord/rope combination. After it all, Paul concluded that his original combo worked best and the helpers eventually agreed. Some guys use different cords and ropes but they may be because they already had them when the bought a HH. I already had Poison HiVee. I'd quite like to try KV111 or similar but can't justify buying another rope yet. What do you use?
  2. Hopefully it works now :blushing [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gH1_3GYc6Mo]Williams Oak 30113 - YouTube[/ame]
  3. I'll fix it this evening. I don't have any porn on my computer. I'd never get out the house. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  4. I still can't figure out how to get time lapse shots from GoPro to iMovie. Any tips welcome. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  5. Damn it! Have to fix it when I get home. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  6. As requested by a few, here is a short video of climbing around. I've edited out the work but it's still not the best video as I didn't know exactly where the camera was pointing and I kept forgetting it was there. Early days with the GoPro so be patient. 10. So I've got the Arbtalk app but I'm getting notifications for almost everything. How do I stop them? Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  11. I've used Sugru adhesive. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  12. I do low mileage so road noise isn't an issue. Most aggressive pattern for me to do the best job. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  13. If you read all the specs carefully, it's pretty convincing. Don't miss out how light it is. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  14. I love this. I'll be getting one next. Defo. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  15. Like it. Got a link cos I can't find anything on the specs?
  16. Also Paul, Have you considered a Pantin. It's a awesome labour saver! Also, are you restricted to DdRT climbing by your employer? I'm thinking HH or RW.
  17. Just been on the Husky website and can only find rear handled electric saws. Is there a top handled? Do you have a link? By the way, I'd never spend £125 on work gloves unless they last 224 months as I don't wear gloves enough. The Dark Gloves from Tree worker last me 12 months and they are about £7.
  18. I think Silky Fox has to have climbers helmets and groundie helmets where he works. It may just be a company policy though. He can confirm this and the reasons why.
  19. I had a call at 4:30PM yesterday asking if we were planning to turn up! I explained that it was almost dark and I'm scheduled to work for him on Monday.
  20. A Husky battery saw? Are you serious? Sorry, I know nothing about it.
  21. Is it possible to use the Chat Room on an iPad with the new app? Sent from device_name using Arbtalk Mobile App
  22. For gloves that look like that, £125 is money well spent! 👍👍
  23. Just been to my local tyre dealer, HiQ, who couldn't source tyres to fit but said they'd fit the tyres if I buy them on line. I mentioned spacer and he raised his eyebrows but said he'd put them in.
  24. Just bought the Arbtalk app for my iPhone. It seems the same to navigate (thank god as I'd struggle to learn another) but its got some improvements. Well worth buying chaps. Well done steve Bullman.
  25. This is a great thread for me to as I want to put mud tyres on the Transit. I think I read on another thread that if you only change the rear tyres the ABS will come on every time you touch the brakes cos the tyre diameter will be different to the front.
